Pittsburgh Marriott North

Love this hotel. The food is great. Room nice. I love meeting family in the lobby. Pet friendly. It is always perfect. Room service for beakfast with simple ordering and quick delivery. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and valued.

It's an average hotel. I travelled here when it was cold and I should say, there isn't a lot of attractions in the hotel or in Pittsburgh. It's still good though. We only stayed here f a day and the breakfast wasn't that great. Still a good hotel though.

I stayed in a king room that appeared to be recently updated from the last time I stayed at this hotel. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and have no complaints from my stay this hotel does have an executive lounge for those that have status with Marriott. If arriving from the turnpike, it can be a little tricky navigating the various exits. Pay close attention to your GPS.

Location/Convenience 5/5 Bed: 3/5 Pillows 2/5 Shower 3/5 Gym 4/5 Pool 3/5 Breakfast Buffet 4/5 Staff: 5+/5 My wife and I stayed here 8/25-8/26. We arrived after a long 7 hour drive from NJ. Mara & Alex helped check us in. They were very welcoming and gave us a late check out of 3pm since we were going on a 5hr ATV tour that ended at 2pm the next day. They also gave us free Breakfast Buffet coupons since I had trouble trying to book breakfast using my Reward points when I called to book the room. The hotel is beautiful. The room is okay, but the bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows have no bulk to them. The shower was very slippery. The gym is nice, but the "heated" pool was cold. The wait staff at the breakfast buffet were very friendly. The food selection was nothing spectacular but fresh and fine. Our ATV tour ended late (2:40pm) and left us very muddy. I called the hotel and spoke to Rhonda, who happily extended our stay until 4pm show we could shower off before our long drive home. The bed and pillows could have been more comfortable, but the hotel staff could not have been more accommodating - they deserve 5+ stars! I called the manager to recognize them for their awesome customer service.

We are local and came due to a power outage at home. The front desk and especially maintenance man were so kind to my 7 year old daughter and really made her feel special and welcomed! They were super kind and quick to help with accessing the pool. The lounge was great too!
