The Waldport Inn

Great room, clean, good snuggly blankets. The guy in the office was awesome. So nice, i had to borrow scissors and forgot something and had to bother him again for them, and he was just so nice. My one and only ding was the parking spaces weren't big enough for any of the cars parked there, not even a compct.

Really nice. Very clean and very comfortable with great furnishings excellent value. Will return. Will recommend. We were visiting the area for a guided salmon fishing trip on the Alsea River. This lodging was an unexpected pleasure.

They lie about every thing no continental breakfast , no big screen tv and one chair for two people in the big king room, earplugs alongside the bed and you really need them , this is one place i would never stay at again. For the price you pay - it a rip off.

We booked a one night stay. Establishment called us while we were enroute at 5:30 pm to inquire when we would be arriving as their front desk closes at 8:30 pm; they stated if we would be arriving later, we needed to call them. PROS: rooms appeared clean. Next door to gas station($4.49/gal regular). CONS:Hotel is located directly on highway with moderate traffic, and is a motel With parking directly in front of rooms.Check out is 10am, and their lobby does not open until 2pm. If you have any needs, they give you a phone number to call. EVERYTHING closes at 7:30pm, so you will need to drive about 10 miles(to Yachatz) to eat. Latest open restaurant there is 9pm, so plan ahead. ‘Renovated’ means LVP flooring. ‘Beach’ is a rocky area you don’t have great access to; the photo on the website is about 2+ blocks away Overall, definitely overpriced for what it is, but clean.

The Waldport Inn is a small property that has cute, seemingly recently remodeled rooms and a really terrific and helpful front desk person in Miss Nay Nay!! There are some unusual and very thoughtful touches - a five bay garage with four Tesla charging stations and a high speed charging station as well as a bicycle work area and air compressor! The rooms were small but very comfortable. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants, across the street from a drive-through coffee kiosk and a short drive from a somewhat fancier restaurant. Nice property if your travels bring you to Waldport!
