Comfort Inn & Suites Tigard near Washington Square

Nice hotel for 1 night. Customer service was great especially Maria. Maria was very nice and professional, exactly what you look for in a hospitality employee. We hope your flower business does well. Breakfast wasn’t anything special but it was good enough (Eggs, bacon, gravy, waffles, fruit, coffee and juices). Highly recommend this hotel.

The management/front desk is the most horrible the old lady came pounding on our door front desk open or I call the police... what the heck I was sleeping Girlfriend outside for cigarette she said we were doing drugs and have complaints of smoke... excuse me old lady u need to get a different job because your eyes nose ears must be worn out from u being so old as for one we don't do drugs.. so watch who u call druggie and threatening cops and kick out when we absolutely did nothing wrong no less no drugs... DO NOT STAY UNLESS YOU WANT HARASSMENT AND A OLD LADY WITH FULL OF THREATS!!! SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED IBWOULD NEVER STAY UNTIL SHE IS FIRED

I used to stay here most times I came to the area. This was my last stay at this hotel. The good points are the location and the staff. The bad is the hotel itself and the management. I thought I might stay here again as a last resort, but I truly don't think I will. It's not well maintained, cleaned or managed. The management is in my opinion horrible. The hotel is dirty and very run down. I did not feel safe staying here due to the fact that no one is at the front desk and there are lots of homeless people roaming around. This hotel should not be a Comfort Inn. Maybe a Rodeway Inn, Choice Hotels Lowest quality hotel. I had to call the front desk to request someone to come clean the blood off the doorway to the bathroom. Unfortunately, they only had one person working there and that was the front desk person. She had to leave the front desk to come up to the second floor to clean the blood off the doorway. She should not have been there alone at night. Who knows who might have come in while she was away from desk. This place is very poorly managed and very scary when you don't know who has access to the interior of the hotel.

Hotel Management Ripped us off- - Booked a double queen room online paying in advance. Traveling with family- 2 young kids under 7- we needed 2 beds... After a long travel day... We arrive to a desk that informs me my reservation was only showing for a single bed in their systems- didn't think it was a big deal and show the front desk my reservation confirming the double bed booking... desk shares my booking confirmation for 2 beds with hotel management then management asked me to have my travel credit card company call them. Chase Travel calls management confirmed the double queen room booking- ... But for some reason my confirmation/travel cards verification didn't matter.. Hotel management said their systems showed it was a single bed and didn't honor my booking of double queen beds that was booked and confirmed through a top tier travel partner. Hotel managements solution was to charge us an additional $65 more for 2 beds. I said that $65 was ridiculous and would have been willing to pay a more fair price like $10 just to be done with it because I had young tired kids with me- but hotel management said $65 was as low as they could go... A good hotel would have just put us in one of their many open double bed rooms- I requested a refund and was informed my online booking was non refundable and that it was the travel partners fault their system showed a single/when i booked a double. We refused to pay their $65 upcharge out of principal and left the hotel without checking in-Feeling completely ripped off we are disputing charges with credit card company under fraud and are reaching out choice hotels corp office. You book a double- get a single then are hit up for more money on the double bed when you are in the lobby because hotel management knows you already paid for the room/have no choice. Avoid at all costs- BBB complaint/Choice Corp office complaint filed

This was the least expensive of the hotels we looked at and for the price it was well worth it. The bed was comfortable and clean and the room was clean and comfortable also. We had a great nights sleep and a good breakfast in the morning. I would recommend this hotel for friends if you’re just looking for a good night sleep.
