The room itself and parking were fine. check in was polite if slow.Good mattress and bedding. The bathroom was subpar with hot water lacking and damaged shower bench/sink (shower bench cushionrip w padding exposed Such as to be unsanitary). The showerhead and handheld were minimally functional, with the handheld bracket on the wall broken. The refrigerator was not working. Upon checkout the person at reception was uninterested in my report about problems in the room (mentioning only the more significant problems being the nonworking shower, spraying water all over the bathroom and the nonworking refrigerator). I did not need or request a room with disability accommodations, but was assigned one. For a person who had disabilities, this room would have been markedly inadequate in terms of the shower facilities.

The worst hotel we stayed in during our whole road trip of some thousands of miles. Super - it was not. Noisy, unclean and so not worth the money. Find somewhere else or go to another town. It has sadly put us off any more Super 8 or super anything hotels....

The staff is wonderful, breakfast was good, but the hotel needs a lot of work. Not exactly dirty, but needs to be cleaned and upgraded throughout. It is perfect in location, but we won't be staying there again. I do hope that owners take care of the obvious downside.

Oh my gosh this place is not fit for anybody, first I made a reservation for August 15th 2024. When I arrived I asked the person behind the desk if this was a safe place and if they were 24 hour front desk service they said yes to both. I’m disabled so I made a reservation for a ADA room. Nope I got a room with a king size bed, no ADA room, the toilet was not stable I sat down and the toilet moved BACK AND FORTH. There were black bugs ( picture to prove) The tv was blurry, the one table lamp did not work. I have a queen size plastic sheet and a queen size fitted sheet I did the best I could to cover the bed not for disabled persons. The bed smelt like cigarette smoke. At 3:30 in the morning I was awoke to a loud noise managed to get back to sleep only to be woke up again at 5 so I packed got on the elevator which was SO dirty and the door wouldn’t shut and made loud noises when I did get to the front desk I stopped to inform them and he said too bad do you want your receipt. I told him no just needed to get out of there. I contacted Wyndham but they passed it off to the hotel getting ahold of me within a week, NO CONTACT at all. When I called Wyndham they said they would give me 4000 points I informed them no I wanted my money back. They said they could do that but only 30% which was $39.25 I told them no I wanted the stay refunded she said I need to call the hotel. DO NOT STAY! As of September 3rd 2024 it has not been resolved.

Room was clean, bathroom was in need of repairs. The waffles & rasin bran was a good breakfast options .ice maker not working.
