I came up for my aunts funeral but the hotel was nice I will be coming again very pleased but house keeping never came in to the room to clean and we were expecting them to come in and clean my daughter and boyfriend and I loved our stay for this hard time

Well things were good but the signal for the TV was not good. Called front desk and I was told that when it's to windy that they loose the TV signal🤔. I moved the TV and it started working. And our last night some how we no longer had water pressure to our room. This is not our first time staying here we have family that lives here so we always try to book our stay at LA Quinta Inn. Hopefully next stay will be better.

This is a great hotel!! The staff are super friendly and professional! I look forward to staying at La Quinta Inn & Suites located in Springfield, MA!!!! They welcome our canine kids (we stay at the hotel while competing in a dog show), and we fell very safe!!

The room is very nice, and the bed is great. Low level noise from inside and outside of the hotel. It is nice to have breakfast included. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and check in and check out are smooth. Parking is close, and especially nice if it rains.

I stay here annually for the big model railroad show. The staff is always so accommodating and the hotel is always clean. It always seems as if they're keeping the furnishings and decor refreshed and up-to-date. LaQuinta downtown Springfield is a great value. Its walking distance to the Amtrak station, too!
