Howard Johnson by Wyndham Salem

The room was clean and efficient, nice staff. Free breakfast! Perfect place to stay if you are just passing through. My husband and I were just passing through, didn't want to pay 100+ for a room. We paid eighty nine dollars and it was well worth it.

Very friendly staff. The facility is older but my room was very clean and comfortable ,great pillows and beds made properly. While traveling alone safety is always at the forefront of my mind, I felt very secure here and had a super quiet nights rest. I would recommend this facility for those on a budget

DO NOT STAY HERE! WE WENT DOWN YESTERDAY TO PAY ANOTHER NIGHT. THEY "REFUNDED'" A NIGHT, CHARGED ANOTHER NIGHT THEN KICKED US OUT! THE MANAGER SAID A DISCOUNT OF $99, WHICH IS MORE THAN WE PAID! THEY THREW OUT A SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD! THEY WONT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS AND LEFT US IN A BIND!

Staff was helpful. Room is pretty basic but doable. Honestly I feel like for the “deal” I can find a better room. The breakfast is extremely basic; no yogurt no peanut butter, and no meats or eggs, so basically no protein options. Available are fruit, breads, waffles, cereal and coffee and juice. The pool is an outdoor one and closed for the season. The room does have a fridge and microwave.

Simple and clean. Don’t expect fancy, but for the price it was a great stay. Pet’s stay for a low price. Lots of parking and WiFi with microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Simple breakfast but for the price, don’t expect fancy. It’s just want I needed and beyond what I expected for the very reasonable price.
