Tucker at the front desk was extremely helpful! This property is a fantastic location, especially for concerts at Roseland Theatre. Big rooms, lots of natural light and very clean! Overall, great staff, location, amenities, cleanliness and general vibe.

I stayed here for a couple of nights The room was spacious. However bottled water and kettle are not provided in the ro so had to go downstairs to the dispenser to get hot or cold water. They only clean the room once every 2 days and didn't do a good job, there was still hair on the bathroom floor. Location was convenient and close to portland downtown area.

I've stayed here a few times over the years. The staff is friendly, and I thought the room was excellent. My stay was very comfortable and I like this Courtyard more than some other downtown hotels. The location is great. There are food carts and a new beer garden right beside the hotel, on 5th. And just a short walk away, there are some great restaurants (Thai Peacock, Sizzle Pie) and some bars. To take the Max train to the airport, I recommend walking to Pioneer Courthouse Square (8 mins) and going from that major stop. There's also a Max/TriMet office there.

We stayed 2 nights at this property. We enjoyed because a lot of things are within walking distance. As any other hotels in downtown, you have to pay a Valet. Hotel staff were professionals and ready to help. During this stay we did not have any issues.

The hotel is a clean, centrally located facility with friendly staff. However, when my friend, who is short and uses a walker, entered her “accessible” room she found it impossible to use the bed due to its height. The staff offered a small collapsible plastic stool when I requested accommodation. This was too high for a step and would have been easy to miss in the dark. The phone was across the room and wired close to the wall, so calling for help after a fall would have been difficult or impossible. I had to find a platform and bring it to the hotel for her. I have no idea how a person in a wheelchair could manage the problem. I showed the front desk staff a product that would do for a person who is short and has limited mobility.
