Best Western Pony Soldier Inn Airport

This place rocks! The location was ideal for us and the price a real bargain! The reception area was classy and the carpet and paint appeared brand new. Our room was really big and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast options were varied and plentiful, including to-go biscuit sandwiches

We've stayed here before and we'll most likely stay here again! Our room did not have a freezer in the refrigerator, but the staff was able to keep our frozen items in a freezer by the entry desk! The bed was comfortable and firm! Great staff! GREAT VALUE!

This a comfortable, clean, pleasant place to stay with friendly service. Attractive, bright interior, and plentiful breakfast options with a nice view of the courtyard/pool area. This is the best of the hotels in the same general price range we have stayed in near the airport (half a dozen). Will definitely go back.

The front entrance door is always locked. We weren't sure how to get in. Someone eventually walked by and let us in. The front desk staff wanted to see my driver's license and headed to the back room with it. I asked where she was going. She said we always make a copy. We had a skirmish about that. After some discussion she agreed not to but no idea what she entered into the computer from it. The last time I allowed a hotel to do that, my back account was hacked and my credit card number was stolen. Nice hotels don't do that. They ask to see your license, compare it to the credit card and hand it right back. The hotel is clean, breakfast is good and the staff is cooperative. But we do not recommend it due to this practice. You are not a Motel 6. You are a Best Western. Act like it.

This hotel was so great! Jean was a lifesaver for our family after a very long trip with our two kids. She was the absolute SWEETEST and so accommodating. I can’t recommend this place enough! They will treat you like family and it’s a wonderful cozy hotel!
