Terribly dated property with poor interior finish, overly soft beds, and inconsistent housekeeping. (Three night stay: first two nights, pretty messy, greasy and nasty - had to clean the TV screen ourselves to avoid "grime distraction." Third night, just fine.) Other clientele appeared to be transient or "entrepreneurs;" one fellow sat hidden behind the ice machine from 7P till I went to bed after 1A. Property is also very loud and close to the highway. If you do decide to stay, request a room toward the back of the property.

After reading some of the reviews we were a little wary but had no problems. The room was clean. It had a large comfortable bed, fridge and microwave. There was no hairdryer but I was given one as soon as I asked at reception. Would stay again if in area.The free wifi was good

I read mixed reviews on this place & took a chance.My family & a couple of my friends families booked rooms. All had the same complaint -DIRTY, Bugs, possible black mold on ceiling. I reported bugs and dirty towels & was dismissed by workers.

So happy to have been directed to your hotel. Had to drive with son in law help from newport news to Norfolk for a delayed flight. 2nd one in one day. Very nice room. Nice staff. Just don't feel confident by myself in a hotel. Went down to restaurant around 7 pm and alot of drinking but no one eating ended up with a sprite and poptarts. Glad for the shuttle at 4 am. Thank you very much.

Friendly staff, clean room. Not a great location, but it was safe and very functional. I like the fact that my room had a full kitchen! Nice surprise! The bed was comfortable and the internet was fine.
