Budget Inn Madras

terrible service, A/C that had to be cleaned (red light flashing) and making terrible noise; no coffee machine in the room, the coffee machine in reception not working. The furniture is nice, but too big for such small room. Close to main noisy road.

Second time staying here...the hotel is old and worn, BUT the rooms are clean, smell nice, and have comfortable beds. Good value too. This is just the type of hotel I look for during my modest travels. Nice shower, and room 46 had a kitchen complete with stove, microwave, and refrigerator. A table and chairs too. Will stay here again.

We left and stayed elsewhere. The room was too dirty for me to feel comfortable sleeping there. Floors and baseboards looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. Smears of who knows what on the door and walls. The bathroom was small and dirty. We had driven 16 hours and I just wanted somewhere to take a shower and sleep. We looked around and just left to find somewhere else. Too tired to fight them about it.

Budget Inn, MADRAS OR was horrible. Room #39 smelled awful. There was mold in the bathroom, walls and dryer were filthy, bedside lights & USB didn't work. Shower rod and faucets falling apart, not a budget at $130 bucks.

OYO Hotels will rip you off, don't book here! They pre-charged me for a deluxe room then gave me a standard one but refused to refund the difference. The booking process is cumbersome, and trying to deal with the business in person is a half-hour ordeal per call, at minimum. The motel itself is run down, smells like disinfectant, and is just okay for the price. Go elsewhere.
