Beautiful property- enjoyed the walking paths and amenities. Enjoyed the gym and the sauna. Big thank you to Ray working the bar at the ruddy duck. He remembered us every night we stopped by, made us feel special, and offered the best customer service!

We loved everything: the location, vast spaces, snow, and lots of wildlife. The staff was helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The food from the small restaurant was just what we needed after a day of hiking. Oh, and they are let friendly. We can't wait to go back!

My review is mixed like most on this place. There are some positives and negatives during my review. First lets be positive: Positives: Location- It is in a beautiful setting outside of town. Very peaceful Staff- Specifically the dining room staff and housekeepers. Always smiling and positive. Grounds- Great walking trails, ice skating, fitness center. Negatives: Front desk staff. Upon check in I was informed I was going to be 3 nights in an ADA unit. I was not told when booking the room I would be put in an ADA room. When I asked to be transferred to a non ADA I was basically told by a young man behind the desk that they had a conference going on and that "I was just lucky to have a room". Oh really? Is that has customer service works. Your not lucky to have my business, I'm lucky to get a room? Kitchen: First make sure if you want to get dinner you order by 7:45 PM. And since your far from town your pretty much stuck with eating there. Thats ok. However I ordered their pasta dish for dinner one night. It says you can add sausage to it for $4. I asked the server if I could add chicken instead. He said "they dont like doing that but Ill ask" He goes in kitchen, comes out 2 minutes later and says "sorry, they cant do it". However if you turn back the page and look under salads and particularly the Ceaser Salad guess what you can add? Chicken! Pretty ridiculous There are other things you can nitpick about like the aged rooms and furnishings but overall the only reason they are doing well is location location location. You cant beat it. You put this same place in town and its a regular 2.5 star hotel. I have to go back a few more times to Klamath Falls and I will be staying at the Marriott in town. Again great location, and most employees very cheerful and kind. I would give the front staff a thumbs down, they do not seem to know they are in the hospitality business and it starts with their front desk manager who comes off as a rules meister. It was just the kind of place where you hear "no" a lot. I would say the mixed reviews on the platform are spot on. It could be so much more if not for some of the the negative attitude there

Friendly staff, well decorated, well kept, quiet and clean property. Comfortable bed and pillows. It was nice to have the mini refrigerator. Enjoyed a nice breakfast in the on-site restaurant. Dog friendly and great outdoor space to walk.

We booked our stay expecting a resort experience but unfortunately the experience fell short of that goal. We called on day of check in to see if there was an early check In option and the desk staff (who were lovely) told us yes we could. Unfortunately we arrived shortly after that to find to a note on the front desk that said "out to lunch" so we had to wait 30 mins in the car until we could check in. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable but the room was super dated and sparse and lacking in amenities one would typically expect in a "resort" room. There was no microwave available. There was a super tiny 1 cup Keurig type machine with really small paper cups available but no actual mugs or water glasses. There were 3 bottles of water on the desk that you could purchase for around $3 a piece. We did not purchase the waters. While the bed was comfortable and clean, obtaining sleep was a little difficult because you could hear every door close up and down the hall and voices carried as if they were in our room. We spend a lot of time in this area and had hoped this could become our go to place to stay. Unfortunately, it fell short on the "resort" quality so we will be searching for another local place for future trips.
