Best Western Premier Keizer Salem Hotel

The manager Colton has the worst customer service I've ever witnessed. Between our cars being broken into, over charging, 90% of the amenities being out of order and the properties condition in need of good management. The staff Mandi,Brandi, Heather,Tracey and a new maintenance guy were very helpful our at least tried there best.

Worst hotel stay of my life. Should have known when we arrived at our room and there was a disgusting toliet plunger sitting in the hallway next to the room across from ours. TV did not work, after waiting for maintenance to come fix it told they could not and would let front desk know. We had been traveling all day, exhausted, just wanted a good nights sleep. Went to dinner, came back and the fan in the bathroom room next to ours was running, sounded like a large truck running. Called the front desk and was told baseball team was out to dinner would turn it off when they returned. Did not get back till 10pm, finally turned it off and then back on 10 minutes later. Offered a different room at 9:30pm after unpacked and just wanting to go to bed. Toilet in our room would not flush, backed up. Lifted the lid to stop water flow and met with what looked like black mold, beyond disgusting. No one at front desk could offer any type of credit, GM of hotel offered $30, BW customer service leaves it up to the hotel to satisfy customers. Said we should have checked out when we were not happy, nothing they can do. Highly doubt our stay would have been refunded had we said we were leaving. Oh, forgot to mention broken down looking camper trailer, with electirical cord pluged into an outlet in the parking lot, no license on it, not a clue who they have camping in their parking lot. . First negative reivew I have ever left for a hotel. Will NEVER stay in a Best Western again.

I stayed here over night for a work conference. The staff was very courteous but you could tell they were overwhelmed and under staffed. The rooms are a little rundown but it was very clean and had plenty of places to charge all of my accessories. Our room was missing the tv remote, however, the front desk was prompt in get me a replacement

If you hate to watch Television, this is your ideal place. No Television in the Afternoon. No Television in the Evening. No Television during the Night. Oh the Joy of staring at The Wall. We reported the problem with the TV, early in the afternoon, to the GM Colton. But the GM Colton, never bothered to address the problem. So enjoy the Bare, Blank, Wall.

The hot tub was broken which wasn't stated at booking and the rooms were covered in ants. It was not just my family's room as we had Mutiple families there for an event in Salem whose rooms had ants as well. I will not be staying at this location again.
