Best for the Value, close to the shopping area. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The parking lot is bright, 24hrs staff help keep eye on the parking lot with a security camera. There is a restaurant next door and gas station on the other side.

I wasn't expecting much. A lot of times these bad reviews are from very fussy people, but this was just a place for my husband and I to crash while spending the day in Pendleton for the Round-Up. Staff was very friendly and for the most part helpful, even though they didn't have the room type I had booked and paid for. It's Round-Up, so the options were take it or leave. We took it. The room was OK. Beds were comfortable and linens looked clean. The kitchenette has not been updated in at least 20 years -- oven and fridge were rusty and the fridge had a dead cockroach in it. Husband and I are not super fussy, so we dealt with it. After the first day, we came home to find an adult cockroach climbing up the wall. We live in the city so that's not great, but also not a HUGE deal. We took care of it and went to bed. After day two, we got home and turned on the lights to find another adult cockroach on the ceiling. Then we noticed much smaller cockroaches all over the floor. Even that wasn't enough to drive us away on our last night ... but while we were getting ready for bed, we found and captured what we identified as a bedbug on one of the beds. We packed up and drove three hours home late at night and are still washing all of our clothing and luggage. To their credit, the manager took my complaint very seriously and seemed concerned. He also offered a full refund before I had asked for it, which was very professional and kind. We'll see if there is any follow-through, but I am also contacting my credit card company just in case. I think this entire building needs a deep clean and renovation, even just to bring it up to "budget motel" standards.

Not a great hotel, but not bad either. Cons: The place was well worn. Pot smoke everywhere in the halls. Swimming pool was filled in. Only half of the USB ports worked. Small parking area. No bathmat to keep from slipping in shower. Being disabled that scared me a lot Pros: Great bed. Great location. Friendly staff. Cheapest rate I could find. Check in and out was quick. We were dead tired and Pizza Hut had a long wait so we ordered and went back to the hotel to relax. The front desk let the pizza driver deliver to our room. It was great we didn't have to meet them outside. Overall probably would not stay again if with someone else, but if by myself I would.

The rooms are clean and the bed are very comfortable bathrooms clean as always and everyday the ladies come to clean your room really good service I recommend it thank you for this amazing service guys

BecarefuI fellas! There is a lady on front desk cheating with the prices. She sold us the whole week(seven days) for a price (lady did not gave us the receipt to verify) but when we went to cancel on the second night because of the noise the lady told us we only pay for 5 days making the price of the room double plus the other lady charge us the whole day just because was 11:15 am and the check out must be 11:00 am. So far I have not get my refound. have stayed in many hotels but this one was the more noisy one. I could clearly hear the voices from outside and the walk from the second floor.
