Best Western Sunridge Inn & Conference Center

There was a great variety of foods, even made-to-order omelets! Kuldip, the employee in the dining room, was totally awesome! He went out of his way to make sure everything was alright and even served us right at our table. Kuldip is a 5-star employee.

I struggle with this rating. The hotel staff is wonderful. They are very attentive and professional. The mattress was comfortable and in excellent condition. Breakfast was great. It's a little loud in the rooms. Outside conversations are easily heard. There is an overpowering scent used in the hallways. I was excited to eat at the onsite restaurant. However, I was very disappointed. There was only one server. The waits were long between every step of my meal. Others were served, the same item I ordered, prior to me when they order long after I placed my order. The food was cold when it was served. Several menu items were not available. I will not eat at this restaurant when I return.

I have not stayed in a Best Western in many years. I chose this hotel due to location and price. But hotel ended up being better than expected. Check in was a breeze. I’m traveling with my dog and was glad to see laminate flooring in the room. The room was a good size and looked very clean snd updated. There was plenty of room outside to walk the dog. There were lots of restaurants nearby as well as the one at the hotel (I went for pizza). They had breakfast at the hotel but as it had snowed a lot overnight and I was in a farther building, I opted for leftover pizza. If ever in the area, I would stay here again.

This hotel was nice and quiet, the beds were comfortable, it is pet friendly, and they had a great breakfast included with lots of options. My husband and I stopped here with our tween son and dog on a road trip south and we all enjoyed our stay. A very well run hotel!

Great room, great registration and the breakfast was excellent. The attendant for the breakfast was exceptional! What a great guy!! We really enjoyed the great room and the large television. The bed was nice and the people were wonderful!!
