We stayed for 3 nights in June during a 47 night/25 property road trip, so this review is relatively objective. Easily found just outside the town - plenty of parking. Pleasant and efficient staff. A largish property that is old school without being run down/needing renovation. Large ( largest on this trip) comfortable, clean and well equipped Superior room.The roadway is quite close, but no noise intruded. We didnât use the pool, but others did and seemed to enjoy it. Walking distance to a characterful town full of plenty of eating/gallery/shopping opportunities. Compared to other properties at this time of the year we thought the price reasonable. We planned this as a base for the Glacier NP - but didnât do enough research! The pass wasnât ploughed in early June and we hadnât made an entry time reservation.

Rooms are basic but clean. In need of remodel inside and out, and outside (stairs and decks) are dingy . For the price paid, I expected a little better. Staff was friendly and helpful. Chose hotel because it was dog friendly and could walk to town. Walls were thin.

Just stayed a week with family in the conjoining rooms. Awesome setup for larger groups. Clean rooms with a mini fridge, hair dryer, kettle, and an assortment of teas and coffee. My 10 yo daughter absolutely loved the heated outdoor pool! The staff was very friendly, and always helpful. I ran into a car battery issue my last day there, and the maintenance gentleman was the savior of the day. We will definitely be making a return trip, and would recommend to anyone headed to the bigfork area.

The Timbers Motel in Big Fork, MT is a great place to stay! It is right on the edge of beautiful Flathead Lake. You can go to the nearby state park for excellent views. Our room was spacious, and included a table, refrigerator, and microwave. Everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. There is a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi, but they were not open while we were there. Checking in and out was efficient. We would stay again if we returned to Big Fork.
