Omg this place we were having a family reunion well ppl we haven't seen for years would kum over I mean the manager came asking how many people in room I told him cousin that there not staying there kum n goin he bothered us we didn't smoke inside we had none smoking but family smokes he tells us to move away from eoom to smoke ok there's no smoking section outside so we in parking lot and more family stop say hi leave he like stalking see how many ppl 3 if us ok we at deposit it's 60+ they acted prejudice or they judge us on how we looked but in all we left we left rhis place made us feel like we were children it was worst like qe was bieng investigated no

This place is unsuitable for human habitation. Skid row. No TV or WiFi. Dog feces in halls. Nasty room. Loud and violent neighbors.Could not plug in AC on a hot Oklahoma day and risked being heat illness. Had to go to the Super 8. Please get the health department involved. Shut it down!

My friend and I booked a hotel room at OYO Hotel Tulsa N Sheridan Rd & Airport on April 15, 2023. I booked this online at Hotels.com. I have never been so disappointed in the customer service and the cleanliness and safety of a room as this one. First of all, I was pretty sure I booked a nonsmoking room, but apparently it was smoking. The man at the service desk said I had to pay $20 more for a nonsmoking room. This is nowhere in your policy that I have to pay MORE for a nonsmoking room, but I did anyway. Upon entry to our nonsmoking room, it only took about one second to realize it was a smoking room. There was even an air freshener hanging from the ceiling. In addition, there were live wires hanging out from the wall where a light fixture was hanging off, and this was above the bed. This is extremely dangerous as one of us could have been electrocuted. It is extremely dangerous. Also, I am including pictures of the door jam and the wall. The conditions of these are unsatisfactory. I talked to the desk clerk about these and he did not care. I said he did not know that room was smoking. He was so very rude to me.

Words cannot describe how bad this place is. We left without seeking a refund, because family safety comes before $$. Homeless people somehow entered the room next door and drug sales were taking place right outside our ill fitting door. Although the homeless people probably paid nothing for the room they entered, even they paid too much. This hotel needs to he razed. Unbelievable!! Holes in walls, toilet paper wrappers used to plug a hole in the shower wall, broken tiles stacked outside the bathroom, the ceiling about the shower was coming down. No smoke alarm, just the bracket. The light fixtures were missing their globes. The bed somehow leaned to one corner. The bed spread had burn holes and someone's DNA spread all over it. The bathroom mirror...I wont even write about that as it isnt fit to describe to good people.

This shouldn't be offered to the general public. Everything you read in the description about this property is a lie. It was NASTY, SCARY AND UNSAFE. There were several homeless people sleeping all around the property .
