The staff was phenomenal. They were very accommodating with my need to check in early and very helpful throughout my stay. When a family emergency happened the staff were very understanding of my need to check out early. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I had come to town for a conference at the convention center and it was an easy quick walk from the hotel as well. There are also great restaurants nearby.

No parking. Fortunately we were there on the weekend, and street parking was free. Hotel was clean, but we did notice leaks around the windows when it rained. TV was not working, and took several calls to get it fixed. Breakfast was decent, and changed daily.

The manager, Vassar was more than accommodating and treated us like royalty. The front desk manager, Vicky, could not have been more friendly and more accommodating. This was an amazing stay an amazing place. Anytime I'm ever in Tulsa this will be my go-to. 5 + stars all the way around.

One of the best Hyatt Places out there! The rooms are comfortable and well kept, and furthered strengthened by the incredibly kind staff! Vickie has been very helpful and generous throughout the stay and am very thankful for the hospitality of her and the rest of the staff!

The coffee ☕️ is amazing! Walking distance to restaurants major plus! Three or four blocks and you are at restaurants, A lot to choose from home-cooked to elegant! Staff is friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean and the bed is comfy! Blackout shade works well!
