Stayed for 22 nights on business. Unfortunately the main reason I wouldnāt recommend this hotel is the location. Lots of transient activity day and night. The other reasons for my low rating include the sub-par breakfast, even by Fairfield standards, as well as age of the property. Trim was falling off the wall in multiple places in my room and my fridge was clearly at the end of its life and it was off level. Another thing they could improve is the TV, it was very difficult to set up my own device. The front door is in desperate need of repair, itās a poor first impression when the door refuses to open. I would also suggest that employees spend less time sitting on the couch watching TV, just a bad look. I think the people are okay and they have a lot to contend with, so Iāll give them credit.

Hotel front desk dropped my reservation for 4 nights / 2 rooms (8 total nights) I had to separate reservations since my trip had a day added. When the first one ended I went to check back in for the second one and the hotel had dropped the original and 4 night stay part of the reservations. They sold the rooms and left us standing in the lobby! Had to change hotels. The supervisor was āsorryā and not really sure what happenedā¦.. ā¦ā¦and rewarded 10k Bonvoy points ( not enough for a nights stay). I even called the day the new reservation was to start and they had it.. why did I call , I called because the night before we were told our reservation didnāt start till the next day⦠apparently they couldnāt find our one night stay reservation. Wonāt stay here. Donāt stay here!

This property was not easy to find. It is located near the expressway on a nondescript stretch of 3-star hotels. Parking is free and convenient. As a Plat Elite guest, I was given a suite on the 3rd floor c/w late checkout. The breakfast was complimentary and incl. several healthy options - oatmeal, bananas, and premium (Starbuck's) coffee. The gym was nothing special so I went walking - not easy in Tulsa! Good ees, and great price!

The moment we walked into this hotel we were greeted by Ashlee that was very professional and welcoming right away we knew we picked the perfect hotel. Ashlee made us feel like we were staying at a 5 Star hotel. Every time we walked out or came in she greeted us with a smile and Enjoy your day, also she always has cold ice water with fruit ready for anyone that arrived. I also notice she had hot popcorn šæ ready as well later in day. Iām not sure but she was doing breakfast and working front desk all at same time she was very busy but she made sure everyone was taking care of and plenty of food made for the guest. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is staying in the area. Ashlee you made our stay phenomenal. I hope one day you will have a hotel yourself to run.

In traveling this route and staying in Marriott properties over 14 years this was the worst experience Iāve had. It was a handicap assessable room as requested however the only handicap part was a sign on the door. The toilet was so low to the ground you almost had to crawl off of it. The shower and tub was so narrow. It was hard to step into and the water did not drain so I had to stand in my own dirty shower water, the first thing I noticed on arrival was the light wasnāt working in the bathroom so I called the front desk to the room and all he kept talking about was how all the rooms had brand new microwaves. Who cares I didnāt come there for the microwave! And the bathroom floor was so slippery almost slimy , it was ridiculous His explanation was, I mustāve had something on my shoes. Yeah Iāve been in the car for 10 hours. Iām sure I had something on my shoes. Iām including a picture of a cracked frame on the window. Itās a lucky thing I only needed to sleep and get up and leave. I will give the credit to them for the breakfast. It was decent. It was hot, but I had it as soon as she put it out at the very beginning I canāt speak for later, but they had a nice selection, it is beyond me how this hotel advertises as the most up-to-date in the area I sincerely hope thatās not the truth because if you think sticking a brand new microwave in the room updates it you can think again I am so very disappointed. I will be calling management on Monday thereās no point in doing it on the weekend. I already know that, the lack of concern by the front desk was very troublesome and the ridiculous things he said to try and make it sound OK was worse! There are several other Marriott choices in this area. I chose this one for the price, but I sure did not receive the value for what I paid for sad sad experience. I never ever had to leave a review like this on a hotel.
