Comfort Inn & Suites Tulsa I 44 West Rt 66

One of the worst customer service experiences I could have imagined, Lucy, lies to Orbitz about the availability of rooms, then does not work with me whatsoever on a refund, when she easily could have accommodated my request, Then I get a call back 20 min later, oh I checked with my General Manager, we can accommodate your request. Well now I’ve already booked another room. Thanks. Horrible horrible customer service.

Comfort Inn & Suites - Tulsa, Ok I-44 Nice clean place to stay and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was very good with a large selection. We had a medical emergency and the staff couldn't be any nicer and concerned about us. Highly recommend a nice place to stay.

I stayed with my family here today at the Comfort Inn, and am very well pleased with the entire experience. The front desk lady was very kind and helpful. She made sure to let me know of the pool and breakfast hours. Our room was clean, tidy, and smelled nice. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends coming to stay.

The hotel was immaculate - clean, good condition, the usual high quality expected of a Comfort Inn and Suites. However this review is about Andy, the staff person. I spilled coffee on the bed and the liquid went down to the mattress. Andy worked hard to provide us with new bedding - sheets, blankets, mattress pad. I used towels to reduce the liquid in the mattress and he provided us with more towels. Throughout, Andy was pleasant and helpful. Thank you, Andy.

This is where we stay when visiting a friend in the Tulsa area. Check in was fast and friendly and our 3rd floor room was clean and spacious. There was noise from several people repeatedly slamming their doors in the evening but it quieted down nicely at bedtime. Breakfast was fine except none of the juice machines were working that morning. We like having the separate parking spaces for gold and platinum Choice members. Restful overnight stay.
