Absolutely disgusting. Mold and live bugs on the wall. Would sleep in my car before I stepped foot in here. Front desk customer service is absolutely awful and was argumentative right from the start. Checked in and went straight to wedding rehearsal (my sons mistake) without checking the room out first. He checked in at 4:30 and got back to the room at 7:00pm. When he went down to the front desk they refused to give him a refund. When I called since he was using my credit card for the room, the lady that answered was very rude and immediately started being hateful about how it was my sons fault. When I finally asked her if I could speak and I told her the situation about him needing to get to a wedding rehearsal she told me that was not her problem and he should not have waited then aske me if I spoke English because she doesn't know why I was arguing with her. Refused to give me management name and number stating it was "against policy" to give that information out but I could email. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER........and by the way, did I say that the room was DISGUSTING, because it is......

We where traveling through and couldn't find a place to sleep because we didn't know it was a football night. We called around and Found HWY inn and they said it was $100 so we took it. When we got there I started to back out because it's an old old motel from like the 60's. But we went in and it was clean as can be and the bed was good and clean and no bugs. i wish we had not stayed. The bathroom door does not close because the motel has shifted and the top of the door is leaning down where you can't close the door. The light in the bathroom can't be used for a night light because it's also the fan. The air conditioner is so loud I kid you not; it sounded like someone mowing in our room with a lawnmower. The the other people came home. It was so loud with doors slamming and people in the parking lot partying. The people next to use was actually mowing furniture. You could hear everything going on in both rooms next to us. It was uncomfortable to hear at the least. We did not sleep at all night. We went to the promised continental breakfast. hahahahahaha it was one donut and 1/2 of a cinamon twist and some cereal boxes ( no milk) in a little serving cabinet that was so dirty it looked like it had not been cleaned in years. Oh and a coffee pot like you would have at home with only regular coffee. It was a total waste of money for sure. we went to McDonalds for breakfast

The room was extremely small, there isn't a coffee pot or a hair dryer and only 1 towel in the room, I alone use two towels. The indoor heated pool was not heated ( ice cold ) oh and the pool is very dirty with a shiny layer on the surface. Very basic continental breakfast nothing to get excited about. Beds are very uncomfortable and the sheets don't even fit so by the end of the night your on the mattress itself and the mattress has plastic on it so that's all you hear besides loud traffic.

The place has roaches. I went to show manage and asked for a refund and the guy frantically tossed his hands in the air and asked me to leave. He scared me and made me feel unsafe. Wouldn’t even let me talk to a manager.

I booked this room about 4 months before homecoming. It was already hard to find a room in Stillwater. The price was fair for that weekend, only $98 a night. The room was ok, nothing special. I had a smoke free double queen beds. The bedding and sheets were clean, the room was cool, especially since it was hot this past October. The bathroom wasn't anything fancy but was clean. I was able to get a hair dryer and extra towels at reception with no issues. When I needed anything they were there to answer me. I was pleased with my stay. This wouldn't be my #1 choice, but if you're on a budget It's good. I'll get it another shot when I return to Stillwater. Only downside is that the pool wasn't open.
