Days Inn by Wyndham Shawnee

So please note, this is a simple basic room, for an excellent price. No in room coffee, but always available in lobby. My room was clean and maintained and had no issues. Plus it's an indoor facility which adds to the comfort and safety of stay.

Nice clean lobby. Friendly staff. He recommended a couple of restaurants for us. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast room had 2 small tables with 6 chairs. The offers were limited to minimum, granola bars cold cereals, make your own waffles and mandarin oranges. The whole building had an air freshener odor that I felt was overpowering.

They had signs up saying they are doing some remodeling but the place was DUMP! the stairs are in horrible condition and are down right unsafe. There is NO key card access at night so all the main doors are open and unlocked! WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE! When I talked to the manager he didn’t care at all and blamed it on the local law enforcement. He said they had bought the property a year ago and stilled needed to put up new doors. NOT OK! The floors are filthy, the walls are filthy, and the whole hotel is super run down. The breakfast is cereal and a danish. GO STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT IS SAFE AND CLEAN. Zero stars would NOT recommend. The parking lot is tiny and they don’t have overflow parking. They also do not monitor the parking lot nor do they ask you about your car. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR BELONGINGS. They didn’t even have a trash can in the bathroom and when I asked the manager for one he didn’t understand why I would need a trash can for the bathroom. POORLY RUN

I had a great time staying in this hotel. The rooms were super clean and freshly painted and the bed was warm and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful and the parking lot was well lit and safe. I enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely come back! It was everything you need for a great night's sleep!

Best hotel room I've seen in years at a great price. Very friendly efficient service. Beautiful renovated rooms. Laminate and tiled floors so no dirty carpet, lots of AC power and USB outlets in nightstands on both sides of bed, great beds with innovative spring frame support replacing box springs so no place for bed bugs to hide, thermostat controlled heat and air worked fast and held temperature perfectly. Better than rooms at twice the price.
