Sleep Inn & Suites Bricktown near Medical Center

I booked a week here to assist my special needs son. He didn't need my help so I was "stuck" here alone. As a native NYCer, I never knew OK was cold/icy. I make stuff work, so I hung out with my laptop (free wifi). and TV. The rooms were clean. They maintain well. Great fitness center. Free breakfast very popular with guests. Hotel was full, yet fairly quiet. In light of fact I had to spend the week here alone, it was quite comfortable. Good value. Front desk was very pleasant. I love the young energy they bring. These young people are naturally suited to hospitality industry. My heater malfunctioned Saturday evening. It was 25 degrees out, but Sarah at the front desk single handedly resolved the issue. That BLEW ME AWAY. It was a miraculous save. I am IMPRESSED.

Literal ROACH Motel - RUN! I was in town to be near the hospital while my mother had surgery and thought I’d found a mid level hotel and trusted Expedia’s 8/10 rating. I found 6 living roaches throughout the bed, AC, nightstand, and dresser. WHO knows how many more were hiding. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’m traveled all over the world and even the hostels in Thailand are better than this place. Terrible service with a mean gal at the front desk (I waited in an empty lobby for 15 min and think I annoyed her when I called the phone to get someone to come out from the back). Dirty carpets, sketchy guests, noisy neighbors, etc. didn’t try the free breakfast because of the roaches so I can’t comment on that. Will never stay at any lodging housed under this parent brand again.

Check in ,, Smooth, quick, very friendly staff! Room .. Super clean, ac got cold fast. Comfy bed. Shuttle .. fast pickup, drop off & return was the same. Everyone is so friendly! Texting system saved so much time. Breakfast looked good .. I don't eat breakfast too often. I would/will stay there again.

Robert Allen 1/5 2 hours ago on Google Made a last minute decision to stay the night in OKC. I looked for a place that had a easy off an on to i35 and needed to have breakfast included. Sleep inn had both. I checked in And asked about the breakfast hour. I needed to leave at 6 but was told they start at 630 so I delayed my departure 1 hr. At 630 no sign of the breakfast. I asked the front desk and was told the girl had not showed up yet. And when she did it would take a while to get set up. I left without getting breakfast. Something I wanted and paid for. I just called the property and spoke to the front desk and was told. "Too bad nothing we can do about it" Really didn't expect much. But I didn't expect the attitude I got. Owner read my Google review but basically said hey it happens and we will use experience like mine to help train the employees to provide better service next time. No talk to a partial refund for not providing a service I searched and paid for. My next call is corporate office
