Quality Inn & Suites Oklahoma City North

Nice hotel with ridiculously low toilets (a lot of people - not just seniors - find these hard to deal with). This is a cheap fix that needs to be done. Also, bathroom could use some serious updating. Beds comfortable, room clean.

Very clean very comfortable. After checking in, I was told that the pool was closed for maintenance and that all web pages was aware When I made reservations, nothing stated about the pool. This was the reason I chose this hotel was for the pool.

The woman at the front desk was un professional, when I walked in she was busy joking with the guy fixing the pool, even though I was right in front of her. Once she was done then she greeted me. they had a sign up saying even if you are a Wyndham platinum member you can’t have late checkout, or you will be charged. Then the clerk started doing a dance saying we won’t be part of Wyndham soon!!! Distasteful…. Also we had to have the key rekeyed 5 times because it kept not working. The bed was comfortable, and clean. The hotel itself appeared clean. The breakfast was basic, and not worth having out. If you are a Wyndham member look elsewhere…

I completed the online reservation including entering my credit card information. However, I did not receive a confirmation of the reservation and did not receive a charge with a confirmation number on my card statement. I ended up calling the desk of the hotel to check on the reservation, no reservation was made and I had to make one over the phone. The staff was very courteous and efficient. The rooms were clean and quiet.

The first room had urine on the toilet seat. I asked for a different room and that toilet had not been cleaned either. There was no apology from the staff. It was disgusting, I will never stay here again.
