Omni Oklahoma City Hotel

A fantastic stay from start to finish! This hotel offers a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere with top-notch service. The bars and restaurants on-site are outstanding—especially Seltzer’s, which served some of the best food I’ve ever had! The guest rooms are beautifully designed and thoughtfully appointed, offering both comfort and style. I truly appreciated the friendly, upbeat vibe throughout the property. Can’t wait to come back!

I decided to book a staycation with my boyfriend this past weekend. I was extremely excited. The room was beautiful upon first impression, and the view was THE best part. We went down to the spa to tour and that had to be my favorite experience I was able to have. The staff of the spa were very sweet and helpful. It was beautiful and soothing and relaxing. After coming back from dinner, the lobby was busting at its seems, with a cheer competition next door and the Thunder game that night. My mistake for not researching that throughly I will admit. But, to get on an elevator we had to wait almost 30 min, and I am unable to walk 17 flights of stairs or I probably would. FINALLY getting to our room, we took a shower, and the shower floor did not feel exactly clean, I really should bring shower flip flops; but other than that it was fine. The toiletries provided in the shower were almost out however. For the rest of the night the shower head would randomly be on for a few minutes like it was draining and turn off, ALL night. We tried to order room service at 11:30 pm for cookies and were told it would be an hour and a half unfortunately. The AC never worked, the fan would blow but never actually cold air, it never got down below 74. The sheets were very uncomfortable and scratchy and the bed was hard. The lamp on the stand kept surging and the lamp above the table wouldn’t turn back on the next morning/day and the outlets on that side of the room stopped working. We were on the 17th floor and doors were heavy so you could hear EVERYONE’S doors slamming all night and morning, and all the kids running the halls. One of the elevators weren’t working and it was being worked on at 8am on that Saturday morning. I paid for extra time to check out and I wish I didn’t stay longer that morning. I think I just had too high expectations and was let down pretty easy. The only thing that saved it was the view luckily. Scissor tail park is our favorite, and being able to see it at a unique view point was really perfect.

Best hospitality! Went for a girls weekend and was treated like royalty. Highly recommend staying at the Omni Hotel. It was my first time and the hospitality from house keeping to print desk was great! Highly recommend eating at Seltzers, OKC Tap. Would have ate ate Bob's Steak House had they been open on Sundays. The Spa was so relaxing as well as the hot tub. Best short trip ever!!

Not worth it. Stay next door at the Fairfield Inn which has better service and rooms and save yourself $150/night. Modern hotel and room, but lacking overall. Wifi connection is cumbersome and required 2 calls to the front desk, a transfer to a non-US based call center, and an on-site engineer coming to the room (who was very unprofessional) just to connect. Poor check in experience. Room service missed half my order twice.

The staff is wonderful! The valets were very kind and respectful. When we needed something from our car they would get it without complaining. The room was clean and the beds are comfy. You can pay for better Internet but you also have Internet included. I would definitely stay here again!
