Demont at the front desk is friendly and professional. I needed help with the laundry machines and he jumped into action to help. As I waited for my laundry to finish Demont greeted every person with a friendly welcome. The hotel was very clean and pleasant.

The front desk staff at night is a very unfriendly couple , who argue with each other in front of guests. They are cheap and try to nickel and dime everything they can get. They wanted to charge me a higher rate than the Hilton App stated. At breakfast there is a minimum of food put out for guests. The guy running breakfast appeared to be the maintenance engineer. Not sure. He kept moving the food around in the warming trays with his bare hands. Gross. The hotel common areas are filthy. There was some sticky substance spilled from the front desk, all the way down the hall and to the elevator. My Room was 301 and the door did not fit the frame , like the hinges had been replaced and they didn’t get it right. I had to forcibly open and slam the door to close it. The day I was leaving , I needed to continue my room reservation for my wife to stay an extra 3 days. I waited for what seemed like eternity for someone to come to the front desk. This place feels like a boarding house, not a Hotel. Don’t stay here, the good reviews are possibly fake, this place sucks.

Bad experience in hom2 I publish it here to embarras You .a woman in charge of the staff named ELVA opened the door without knocking. MY HUSBAND Was about to take a bath.when I opened the door I looked at him naked.named. I love the hotel.. that ELVA woman has to be replaced.

I do not personally recommended this hotel.the old lady who is in charge is unpleaasant,she has respect for the work staff or the guests after finishing the housekeeping, cleaning the room,the manager enters without touching the door, just passes the key and opens the door I was about to take a bath when she opened door and I was almost naked. that woman's name is ELVA,just because she is in charge does not give her the right to interfere with the guests privacy.. its been 2 time that the same thing has happened with that woman called .. ELVA . I suggest putting another person with more responsibility ,,this person must respect the privacy each guest.....01/29/2025

Generally, I have a good experience with Hilton Hotels and do not write reviews. But I want customers to know what my experiences so that they can avoid the same experiences. These are some concerns for future customers to take note of: 1. The receptionist was not always at his desk and I could smell smoking from the Lobby Area 2. The Shower still had hair in it and had a really strong bleach smell to it. 3. Avoid Room 131. The room is next to the kitchen and you will hear noises through the wall starting around 5 a.m. A. I asked the manger to investigate where the noise was and he not seem to care. B. The kitchen chief was playing radio music full blast at 5 a.m. and can be heard during breakfast time.
