Hotel under staffed and unable to provide cleaning services on a normal basis. In 10 days room serviced once despite multiple requests. Had to make numerous trips down to take out trash, go get toilet paper and fresh towels. Not ideal for long stays which I believe is the point of this hotel chain.

Home 2 Suites Room-9 Breakfast-2 Cleanliness- 8 These ratings are on a scale of 1 to 10. 1 being terrible and 10 being more than awesome. The breakfast was very low quality definitely could use improvement.

Thank you to the owners and corporate officers of this property for selecting an outstanding, excellent on-site property Management Team lead by General Manager, Jessica Tomlinson, and her Front Desk Manager, Mike Jones. I have stayed at this property since it opened. I find Mrs. Tomlinson to be a "hands-on Team Leader" with professional communication skills and stays on top of every function of her hotel, from excellent customer service, staffing, housekeeping to the grounds! This is a clean, welcoming hotel

The hotel was easy to find off the highway 40. The property was clean as well as inside and our room. We used the pool, nice pool and sitting area with grills. We used a grill one night, they were cleaned. we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean and nice. The only disappointment we had was the shower. It was cold and the shower head/pressure was not very good. We did not report it as we were in a hurry to get to our sons baseball game.
