Hampton Inn & Suites Oklahoma City Bricktown

We booked this hotel so we could have the view of the baseball game, to my surprise, there was a game that night and we had a great view. They do have a pool but no hot tub. Lots of options for breakfast (oatmeal, cereal, hot option, waffles, etc) Hotel is close to a lot of places to have supper. We felt very safe in this area of town. There is a fee to park and the parking ramp is right next to the hotel. There is even a small convenience store near the hotel.

Booked this hotel for my daughters 9th birthday because of the swimming pool and its splash pad theme for the kids and the size of the room. Checked into the hotel and the receptionist, and she acted as if we were a bother to her. Unprofessional and unwelcoming, I have no clue what her issue was. Anyway, we are on the 5th floor, and we caught the elevator, which was quick. We got to the room, and it was nothing like the pictures, which I find a deceitful, very disappointed about the room, and it had a bug on the ceiling. I handled the bug, and since it was my daughters birthday, I had to go park the car and get my children's bathing suits. I went to the front desk to ask them how to get to the parking garage that I paid $25 dollars for. There was a different receptionist from the one I checked in with, I asked her where their parking garage was, and the receptionist stated, " That way," and pointed somewhere in a direction. She, too, was unwelcoming and unprofessional. I returned to the room and we went to the indoor pool on the 1st floor. Another disappointment. None of the water attractions were working, and the water was cold... I give this hotel a 2 star. They ALSO did not honor my military discounts. I will stay somewhere else ESPECIALLY FOR $257 for 1 night stay. The breakfast was also pathetic

We stayed at this hotel on our way to the deep south with Nagel tours on our 24 day bus trip.It was a nice hotel and clean.The service was good and beds were soft.The nice thing about this hotel is the proximity to lots of restaurants near by.We were able to walk do the Old Spagetty Factory.I would stay here again if ever in the neighborhood .

I usually stay here when visiting OKC. The parking is in a garage and there are many restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly here and the rooms are always clean. Usually see families using the nice indoor pool. Great quick breakfast. Starbucks around the corner.

Great location and is easy to get to. Great staff. We had no issues while we were there. The rooms were comfortable and a great night's sleep was achieved. Our family had a great time. No complaints whatsoever. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.
