Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Oklahoma City Quail Springs OK

The hotel is very nice, and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. However, the strong smell of marijuana throughout the hotel was overwhelming. We were moved from the third to the fourth floor due to the odor, but it was still an issue. Traveling with young children in this environment is concerning, as they could be exposed to the smell all night

Horrible GM!! My in laws arrived in the evening and left early the next morning. The saw an extra charge from this hotel. When they inquired about the charge..they were told they broke the sink- it was shattered.. My in laws are elderly.. 85 & 87! There in NO WAY they could physically do this!!! The GM..total jerk.. said well that is what housekeeping found! SHAME ON THIS GENERAL MANAGER!!! YOU ARE A HORRIBLE PERSON!!

There are fancier hotels, but this hotel provides you a large, comfortable, clean room at a reasonable price, for when you have to be away from home.

Do not stay here unless you’d like to possibly be harassed and thrown out in the middle of the night by the night staff! This story sounds made up because it’s so unbelievable, but I assure you it’s true. I’m in absolute shock at how horrendously I was treated! I checked in around 8pm and the girl said that the operating systems were down so I just had to fill out this form to properly check me in so I did. I casually chit chatted saying I was so tired because my hometown had been hit with a tornado and I had no power so I was going right to sleep and wanted a quiet room. I fell asleep at 10pm and I awoke at 10:45 to what I thought was knocking which freaked me out being a solo girl in a hotel late at night. I then saw I had a missed call from the hotel and called back. She was immediately rude and with an aggressive tone saying I needed to come down the 3 floors to the lobby in my pjs in my half asleep exhausted state and give her my credit card when I had already paid on Priceline weeks ago. She said that I wasn’t properly checked in and needed to hold my credit card for a service fee of $35 but did she have to wake me at 10:45 and shout at me? She threatened to get the cops to remove me saying I had 20 minutes to get down there and if I didn’t I’d have to get the fu%# out repeatedly and she was also yelling to get out of her hotel since I’m not really checked in. I stumbled down the 3 flights of stairs in my pjs to give her my card, but there was a long line and there was no way I was going to wait after all this chaos and disrespect. I was so stunned and completely in disbelief at how horribly I was being treated that I left out the side door having no where to go after I had already paid for a room because I wasn’t going to stay to have her harass me. Fortunately my friends had a spare bedroom nearby so I stayed with them. Just because her system was down gave her no right to disturb my much needed sleep at 10:45 from nearly battling a tornado a night before and then shout and cuss at me demanding I come down to the lobby or she’ll get the cops to kick me out! That’s insane! I had already paid for my room! She could have easily waited until morning if she needed anything else from me. Also, I have an auto immune condition where I’m not supposed to be starkly awakened or severely stressed- it can put me in a life or death state and all of this was highly stressful and scary. My husband called the next day to complain and demand a refund, which from all the emotional turmoil I need much more than just my money back but the GM refused! This should be illegal. I still can’t believe all of this happened. Side note- originally I had ignored the fact that when I got there the entire 3rd floor reeked of weed, my room furniture was very dusty and the room was very hot with no air conditioning on when the temp was 92 degrees, some drawers were oddly open, there were hairs on a towel and the parking lot lights were like stadium lighting shining through the windows. But I was willing to look past that.

When you walk in there are signs posted "100% smoke free" the elevators, hallway and stairwell smelled horribly of weed, was not impressed. When going into our room the pillows had a stain on one and blue paint on another. There was a bead on the floor and a plastic straw wrapper stuck to the wall above the couch. My husband and I were there for a funeral so we were only in the room to drop our stuff off, sleep, shower and check out.
