Quality Inn Moore Oklahoma City

Very terrible rooms stink, finger prints everywhere, everything is old. Asked for a refund it’s been a week since I haven’t received it. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Nothing good about this place walked on walked right out……………..

Was triple charged upon Arrival. When I already paid online. Still hasn't been refunded to me. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I don't like to be a Karen but this is the worstly runned hotel I have ever witnessed.

Great price, but I would have preferred to spend $20 more and stayed at better hotels one exit south. There was no water filler, which I needed after traveling all day. Tried buying a water from the vending machine but the machine just ate my coins. Beds were comfy, breakfast was tasty, and TV worked good. There is no fitness center. Elevator sounded like it needs some maintenance, so I took the stairs. The stairs need new carpet. If you can overlook some details, ok place to stay the night.

The lady checking everyone in was new and had to be on the phone with someone who had to tell her what to do. The process took awhile. Our key did not work to our room Had to go back down to get working key. The phone In the room was not so we could not call the desk to complain that the remote to tv remote did not work. We couldn’t change channels at all. Thank goodness it was only a one Night stay. The room seemed to be clean. Hallways were dirty an noticeable leaking AC unit in the hall. They had a bucket catching the drips. We are NOT picky and have stayed on worse. If it’s just a quick trip and one night stay ok but We will not stay again. Would not recommend

Breakfast always ended early as far as the hot food is concerned. No ice in the ice machine but the hotel next door was kind enough to let us get ice from their machine. The mold in the refrigerator and shower was not a good thing. I'd rate this with 2.5 stars, not 3.5!
