Extended Stay America Select Suites Oklahoma City Del City

We intended to stay at the hotel for a week but due to the size of the room, we had to move. The room for being called a suite is relatively small. The hotel clerk who checked us in was amazing. She was friendly and accommodating and you can't ask for more. Regarding the room, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Can't say anything about the stove or fridge we didn't use them. The bathroom is tiny but worked. The towels, one should bring their own, they are pretty threadworn. Besides the room size, the blinds would not shut, a previous guest must have pulled so hard they could not close. Our room faced some trees and we never heard the freeway, which was great being it was across the street. The area leaves a lot to be desired so don't leave any valuables in your car. The laundry facility was clean and worked. If your key does not work try the other one. lol M

When I arrived I noticed the bed had bugs! I showed the staff. The night desk staffer was nice, our interaction was 100% pleasant. However her manager that she called decided I had to change hotels so I could not spread THEIR BUGS to another room! They didn't even call me a cab! This experience was so bad it was almost comical. Do not go to this property. The bugs I have on video because it shows the issue more clearly. I can't post videos but this is the condition of the bed after I lifted the sheet. Again, don't go to this hotel.

Definitely not suggest to go to this location if you don't want to get into problems. Or, if you want to be respected while communicating with other people, don't go to this location! It is very easy to reach out to the management in other locations, such as the one in Oklahoma City, OK 73135. However, not this location. They will throw you out for issues which shouldn't be the issues at all in other hotels.

The WORST experience. I am talking ghetto HELL! Supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, but the halls are filled with the smell of smoke, and I don't just mean cigarettes... The staff is AWFUL and I picked up on a bit of prejudice as well! My relative was staying there after a VERY TRAMUATIC EVENT and they MADE THEIR ORDEAL EVEN WORSE! How the owner of this place allows the staff to act the way they do is BEYOND ME! The front clerk "Love" is nasty and hateful and won't listen to the tenant! She yells at them as I have witnessed with my relative and Angela isn't much better! I guess there was a billing dispute NOT TO THE FAULT OF MY RELATIVE, BUT BECAUSE LOVE DIDN'T PROCESS CHECK IN CORRECTLY, my relative was harassed about the bill! If you like being harassed, verbally abused and like the ghetto scene, this is the PERFECT STAY FOR YOU! Will never allow my relative to stay with them again!

We were traveling across the country and planned to stop at this location for the night, and had booked a reservation the week before. After driving through a winter storm and arriving at 11:45pm after 15 hours on the road, we were informed that despite our reservation there was not a room available for us. We booked through the Extended Stay website and not through another booking website. So that left myself, my boyfriend, and our dog stranded without accommodations at midnight in 20 degree weather. There were no apologies offered by the staff, rather we were pretty much told, “I don’t know what to tell you.” Very frustrating especially after an incredibly long and stressful day. Please if you don’t have rooms available, update your website.
