Extended Stay America Suites Lawton Fort Sill

The staff was very professional and the hotel was very clean inside as well as the outside.Beds where very comfortable and lots of space inside the room. Only 1 thing I would complain is the TV's weren't smart tv so we could link our devices but other than that it was the best in Lawton so far

The hotel room stinks like pee. Hall ways dirty and General Manager Brian Very Rude with no customer service skills. The hotel advertise breakfast but serve only coffee in the breakfast room. Brain who is the general manager needs some customer service training.

I had reservation for July to see my daughter graduate from boot camp. Unfortunately she didn’t graduate. I called to get my money back or even just a credit till she graduates and was told they won’t refund money. What a shame that they won’t work with families. Things happen! I won’t be staying there when time comes to see her graduate!

This place is a joke. They don’t even provide each guest a towel and will in fact refuse even when asked. I’m not even asking for extra ones, just for each person to have one. Mouthy workers. Never would stay at this place again. No type of room service provided either.

Way overpriced for a 50 year plus hotel,was hardly anyone else there the breakfast is okay but that's about it,not impressed at all, the internet said it was going to be and $81 room by the time fees and everything tax and all it was $137 then whenever I got there they said the pet deposit wasn't included so I had to pay another $20 so it was like $160 for one night wtf
