Had a reservation to stay here and things changed called a day in advance to cancel reservation the front desk lady said she got it and no charges would be done, fast forward a few days later I get charged$ 124.42 of what the said is a no show charge even though I cancelled my reservation. Been fighting with this location for a month now and they refuse to reimburse me .

Very poor customer service. I was unable to arrive because of Tornados and Flooding. I called the hotel and spoke with the manager. I said hat I was aware the cancellation time had passed but asked that do to the circumstance could they make an exception. I was told no, there was no conversation about it, just no, you will be charged. I have stayed there a few times in the past so I was a reoccurring guess. Apparently this local property was more focused on my $120 the me ever staying there again.

Please don't waste your hard earned money at this place. Rooms are not maintained. When we flushed our toilet, all of the water flooded out from the bottom of the toilet all over the floor. Air conditioner not functioning and when you call the front desk to complain, there is no answer and no one at the desk. The very old key card lock would not let us in our room most times and had to go find someone to let us in. This property advertises free breakfast included. And at over $100 a night I would expect something better than cereal with no milk. Just cereal, not juice, no toast, no eggs, no bacon.

I wish that the breakfast was better but nothing else to complain about it was in the area of everything else we did so it wasnât that bad of a stay
