Requested to switch rooms due to the sink being zip tied shut with an "out of order sign," lights and plugins not working. They said “tomorrow.” Then tomorrow became “tomorrow” again. Nobody was at the office at checkout so I came back later to get the deposit. The gentleman at the front desk said he was keeping it because he had to clean the room. When I asked if I was responsible for doing the cleaning he said that he was. He also said the keys weren't turned in which is a lie. It was one excuse after another. So frustrated, I just left. There are other cheap places to stay that don't require a $100 cash deposit. Their website policy states "A credit card, debit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges." They wouldn't take my credit/debit card so I had to go to an ATM to get cash. I wonder if OYO Rooms knows that they are doing this?

This is an update to my earlier review of this place. Avoid any OYO property anywhere. Part of Indias biggest chain owned by a 29 year old billionaire. Our check in was rough, room seemed pretty clean, kitchenette but no glasses, plates, silverware, nothing. There wasn't even an in room coffee maker or a paper cup. Someone else commented it was 1960's furniture....it has been updated, laminate floors, new paint and what seems to be a decent mattress. But why in hell is it that so many hotels only provide 2 bath towels....usually small.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! THEY CANCELED MY RESERVATION I MADE IN MARCH 2 DAYS BEFORE MY TRIP IN JULY. THEY JACKED ROOM PRICES UP 3X WHAT THEY NORMALLY ARE AND CANCELED MINE TO MAKE MONEY. SO WRONG. Called customer service to get an explanation and got patched through to another angry customer having the same issue. We had a great convo though and wished eachother the best of luck. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

I think some reviews are harsh as you get what you pay for and this was cheap. The staff were not friendly however not hostile. The room was big however sterile and bare. It was clean and the bed very comfortable. Some road noise however not serious. A fine budget place for overnight
