***ROACHES AND DISGUSTING ROOM*** Room was nowhere near what was advertised on-line. Felt like I got scammed. Website showed freshly remodeled rooms but ours was not. Everything about ours was disgusting. Room had a horrible smell, nasty carpet, stains on walls, writing on the walls, the commode and bathtub were all stained up. Totally opposite of what was being advertised. Made the decision to check out and go stay somewhere else. While grabbing our bags to leave, there was a roach that ran across the bed. I went to the front desk and told them I needed a refund, but the front desk lady told me she didn't have the authority to do that. I told her to have her manager call me, which she agreed to do, but he never did. No one from Wyndam seems to care, and that's fine. You can keep my $75. But I promise you this, I will never stay at a Wyndam resort for personal or business ever again and I will be sure to tell as many people as possible about our horrible experience and lack of customer service. Worst hotel I've ever been to.

Very nice room, staff very nice, wonderful location. Surrounded by nice restaurants, all in walking distances. Bed comfortable, room cleaned everyday with clean towels, and trash emptied. Easy parking and close access to major interstate.

Nice enjoy the stay with my husband .. just nice for a quick weekend getaway . Room was decent had several eating places close by . Staff was friendly and helpful . We didn’t get up for breakfast on either day but it is offered . Rooms are worth what you pay .did not have any more smoking rooms

The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. However, the complimentary breakfast was quite minimal, and accessing it required going outside to the front desk, which was inconvenient in colder weather. That said, given the low cost—less than what I typically spend on breakfast for four people—it was a reasonable trade-off for budget-conscious travelers.

A real deal Motel setting. Outside doors so we could have full view of our 38 ft and truck. Separate entrance and exit driveways. Easy walking to Applebee. Facilities are dated with some repairs needed. Breakfast setup staff must have been absent. None available. Maxi and Bonnie helped us the front desk. Very professional.
