Embassy Suites by Hilton Tulsa I 44

My brother and I arrived before check in time. Jamie was so gracious and nice, we could tell she was honestly disappointed to tell us our room was not ready. Her smile was so nice that we talked about her after we left. When we came back, she gladly helped us get checked in. Her attitude and willingness to help us were the best! I wish all my check ins were this good. She’s a keeper!

Avoid this hotel - this is coming from a Hilton Honors member. With booking, requested a crib for the infant. Day 1: Reminded front desk about crib. Not delivered. Requested 3 more times before they finally could deliver one after 9 pm. Even went down to the front desk to offer to carry it up myself. Heating/cooling was not functional and engineer had to be called to service the room, which really did not function sufficiently until the next day when family returned. Day 2: Door lock failed. Have had this happen at other hotels and got new keycards twice without success. Finally, front desk attempted to open door. Would not open because the door lock itself broke. While my family was able to go the Gathering Place for over 3 hours, the door was finally fixed and usable. Requested to change rooms but denies due to no rooms available. Online, rooms were available. Day 3: Arrived back to the hotel to find the door left open with half of the beds made. Reported this to the front desk. Attempted to use the sleeper sofa to discover pizza crusts and a juice box under the couch...we never had pizza in the room. Day 4: Was given the manager's phone number, Alejandro Soria, but could not reach him as his voice mail was not set up. Do NOT come to this hotel. The pool is too small and overcrowded. The gym is a disaster. We should have left the second day but you do not have to make that mistake.

We stayed at this property and upon turning in for the evening discovered the sheets on both beds had stains. Pillowcases had makeup, there was what appeared to be a blood stain on one comforter and bodily fluids on other sheets. Hair was also present. Very obvious they did not change sheets. This was the low point of a really bad experience. Hotel refuses to call us.

Awesome clean suite hotel with great breakfast and manager reception every day included - staff very friendly and helpful — only surprise was $5/day for parking … not huge deal but didn’t expect it - but we would return as enjoyed the stay there

There are renovations going on but for the most part it wasn’t disruptive. The water was turned off from 10pm to 4 am but we planned for it. The breakfast is superb & the evening happy hour was great too. My car bumper did get hit, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Unfortunately no cameras.
