Dirty lobby, grime in crevasses of bathroom, toilet got plugged with normal use and was told we could come down and get plunger. breakfast minimal with broken waffle machines and watered down juices. On positive side Desk person very nice though she disappeared during breakfast so could ask for more bagels etc Area sort of iffy

Hampton Inn used to have a reputation of being a solid, consistent hotel chain. It has been my go-to for many years. Those days are gone. This was by far the worst, dirtiest, most poorly kept hotel room that I have EVER stayed in. I shouldn't have to scramble to clean the floors with a make-up remover and tissues. The amount of hair and dust that I picked up after 20 seconds of cleaning was beyond gross. Every inch of this hotel needs a vacuum, a wipe down of walls, and mopped floors. This hotel is not up to Hampton Inn standards - You've been warned.

Customer service here is awesome! I travel weekly and work long days so it’s refreshing when things go smoothly. Dominique made getting a room quick and easy. She was super informative. And happy to help when DoorDash brought my food with no utensils or napkins. 10/10 for sure!

The Customer service is Excellent at this location! Sara Is Awesome If I could say more about the customer Service I would. Sara offered up some Interesting places to eat in town and she is super friendly and efficient. I will definitely choose to stay here on my business trips

Hotel is under renovations. Lobby was obviously not updated. Didn't tell me the hotel was under construction until I arrived. No ice bucket in room. Didn't look at my Hilton Honors data because they gave me a room NEXT to the elevator and ice machine which my data shows I don't like. The ceiling in the room had been worked on and not finished. Bed was pretty good. The noise from the street was excessive. Get a room on the south side of the hotel. Some staff were good. Some were inconvenienced by my request for an ice bucket. It's off my list of places to stay.
