Candlewood Suites Oklahoma City Bricktown an IHG Hotel

Unexpectedly great stay! The rooms are absolutely huge! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The elevators were a little sketchy feeling, they jumped and jostled a lot. The parking lot was big and well lit which was nice for our U-Haul and trailer, however, there were homeless people walking through which felt a little unsafe. No breakfast, but they offer free coffee. The rooms are definitely designed for longer stays and offer items to be lent out, like crockpots and such which was such a cool idea. They have a shuttle to bricktown which was such a cute little area of downtown.

Our room was perfect. Seriously. The bed was GREAT. Full kitchen w/dishes, glasses, pots, etc. I didn’t need it, but nice to have an icemaker in my room. Quiet. Nice, large TV. I cannot find one negative thing to write. The rate seemed very fair and I would recommend this property to everyone.

We were greeted when we first came into the hotel by Tony, who was friendly, helpful, and even tried to find me some hot chocolate because I don't like to drink coffee. Now, that's customer service! The next day, before we checked out, my husband came down to get some coffee. Eric was there at the desk and Dick began to talk with him. He was so pleasant and outgoing. My husband usually goes to his coffee group first thing in the morning back home in Pryor to begin his day with conversation. But he didn't even miss them that morning because Eric was so delightful to talk with. And of course, the room was great, the bed was so comfortable, and we enjoyed the large screen tv and all the amenities. But the greatest asset your hotel has is your employees. Hands down.

I had a great stay at this hotel! We were there for an emergency hospital visit and came in after a long night in the ER. Eric Green was working and was so kind and hospitable! He helped us to get checked in a little early and even offer a late checkout! Super thankful, what a godsend!

Clean room. Clean bathroom. Great linens. Large space. Great friendly staff. Super value. Free shuttle service to Bricktown. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Kitchen area in the room was clean and everything worked. There was even an ice maker in the refrigerator in the room.
