Very nice place with awesome staff members. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. They really know how to make you feel welcomed. The breakfast is absolutely amazing and they always have plenty of options. They have a market place which has a lot of options to chose from

My family and I were there for the Funeral of our 39 Y.O. nephew a military veteran. On arrival to our rooms, Mine had 2 piles of dog feces in the corner and the room had not been vacuumed. It took the front desk clerk 5 hours to get someone to the room to clean after notifying the desk clerk twice. My sister and brother n law's room had extremely low water pressure in the shower, which went unchecked by hotel Maintenace. We checked out a day sooner than intended. Manager never contacted us after our request on 3 separate occasions. I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel at all. The hotel is old and in dire need of repairs and updating. The outside window glass in the rooms appear not to have been cleaned in years. You can barely see out of them as it looks like fog bank on the outside, even though it was a beautiful sunny day.

We were given a handicap room without our permission. Damaged shower. Damaged ceiling. Damaged toilet seat. Scuffed wall paint. Breakfast was passable but toaster was broken. It's not a three minute walk to the casino. All outside our room was much nicer.

My jeep broke down and I had to grab a room. The young lady at the desk that evening went out of her way to help try to locate a U-haul truck for me. With all of the extra stress going on, a nice, clean room and a good nights rest was nice. Would stay there again! Thanks

Registration was completed quickly. The young man was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Everything was in good condition. The shower had hot water 💧. If we are ever in this part of the country, we would stay here again.
