Staybridge Suites Akron Stow Cuyahoga Falls an IHG Hotel

Pros: The 2 bedroom suites are very spacious for a family of four. Love the convenience of a mini-kitchen and complimentary breakfast was great each day. It's secluded in a nice, quiet location right across from an amazing coffee shop named Nervous Dog.  Cons: They lodge dogs/families on the same floor. We were almost attacked by our neighbors dog as we both exited our rooms at the same time. The dog lunged at my two year old and the owner could barely restrain it. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. A suggestion would be to have a designated area of the building specifically for guests traveling with animals.  They could also work on the cleanliness of the rooms. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets.

This hotel is amazing, the staff is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, and the suite was so large and could accommodate our entire family. We had a great time in the pool and hanging out in the common area playing games. The breakfast lady is great, the kids loved her. We will definitely be back.

This is Staybridge suites and Stow is a great hotel. We checked in very late and was met with a very happy person at the front desk. The breakfast had a great variety and we liked that it was open till 10 AM. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Stow.

Very nice hotel. There was a group who were out on the patio playing loud music and shooting off firecrackers for the two nights we were there. Called the front desk, I believe the employee was overwhelmed by himself, checking people in and dealing with the issue. I witnessed men relieving themselves in the bushes, loud music, firecrackers, all we could hear from our room. We couldn’t hear the tv. This went on for hours. Finally my husband went down to the desk and was told if one more thing happened these people would be leaving the hotel!

When employees constantly ignore you or try to pass you off to someone else that doesn't make me want to return or continuing to business. I will go to a near by location where I feel like I exist.
