Hotel was in a nice, safe area. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. As far as the Furniture it needed replaced as there were stains on desk chair and couch. Pillows were not comfortable and went flat When laying on. Walls were thin so you could hear people above you and around you. Unfortunately the second night we were there we had a group of guys above us watching basketball and they were LOUD! By midnight they decided to be quiet. Pets are allowed and we heard several dogs barking on and off. Breakfast was not much to choose from and the food was cold. Overall in a pinch I would stay here again, but it wouldnât be my first choice.

I really enjoyed this hotel! my room was clean, staff was friendly and attentive, breakfast was great! The breakfast at this location really stood out. I would return. I would in the future ask for a room without connecting doors. A Good hotel.

Definitely not what we expect from a Hilton. We didnât even photograph all the things wrong with the room, these are only a sample. Hilton properties are often our brand of choice because they are usually clean and well taken care of. Definitely not the case for this location.

We were In town for a funeral and the staff could not have been nicer. Everyone was so friendly and greeted us daily- we were here for a week and every single person we encountered was kind. Joe and Steve at the front desk were especially gracious, Devante who was the housekeeper for our room checked with us daily to see if we needed anything, and Miss Jean at the morning breakfast was always there with a smile and a kind word every day. Also, there is a lady who I think we the assistant manager who was very helpful, but I lost the paper I wrote her name on. We had to leave in a hurry, so I was very thankful for the onsite laundry service. Also the location is wonderful, there are at least half a dozen restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, although it was 20 degrees so we drove a block. :) The hotel was sparkling clean, the coffee was always ready and hot and we loved having a kitchen to save money on eating out for an entire week. The only suggestion I have was that they should have one non-meat breakfast sandwich- my husband is a vegetarian and almost all the hot offerings had meat. He ate a lot of oatmeal and yogurt. But we will stay here again on our next visit home. Thanks to the wonderful and warm staff who treated us like family when we really needed a safe haven on a sad week.
