Great and informative staff. Very professional. Great atmosphere. Clean and roomy. Interesting decor. Quiet neighborhood. Close to highway. 1 hour from Ark experience. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and stores.

We have family in Cincinnati and stay at this Hilton every time we visit. The rooms and public areas are nice and clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful (especially Brittney). After a very active, long day, we returned at 10 pm looking forward to a restful night. Upon entering our room we were greeted with loud thumping sounds from above. No voices, no music, just really loud pounding and running, literally making our floor shake as if a giant kangaroo was bouncing around in the room above us. We hoped it was a temporary thing and but it continued on so my husband went down to the reception desk, half expecting that he would be told nothing could be done about it. However, the gentleman on duty β Kamneel β said he would take care of it. Not long after, we were relieved to hear the noise stop, but five minutes later it resumed. We hated having to bug Kamneel again but now it was approaching 11:00 and we really needed some sleep. A short time later it finally stopped for good. Thank you so much Kamneel! This will continue to be our home away from home when we're in town.

The hotel is about what you would expect when staying at a Hilton Garden Inn-nothing spectacular and nothing bad. The main difference at this hotel though was the staff. They have the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. Every single staff member always greeted you and with a smile. Now, for the hotel. A few places to eat in the surrounding area but to find good restaurants you would need to travel a bit. The one thing I did not like was the noise from the traffic-you can hear the cars/trucks traveling down the interstate. Overall, definitely a place to consider when visiting the Cincinnati area.

This is terrible for my daughterβs birthday celebration we were forced to leave at 136 in the morning due to a roach crawling over my daughter and her friends. We moved the covers back and the bed was covered in small roaches. During all the commotion the girls yelling 2 came from behind the pillow and there was 3 on the curtain bigger sized. Due to all rooms being sold out they were unable to Accommodate a room move and advised we can stay in the room with the bugs or leave for the night!! At almost 2am!!! Ruined my daughters entire birthday

This was our second stay at this hotel. As Hilton Rewards members we get points and a $10 credit apiece for breakfast. Sure, we could have stayed at a Hampton Inn where the breakfast is free but the breakfast and coffee at the Hampton Inn is less than desirable. We also got a free upgrade and received a nicer room. The hotel is clean and comfortable with a pleasant staff. Although itβs a bit north of downtown the reasonable rates are a major plus. Although there no particularly upscale restaurants in the area there are a number of low to mid priced restaurants near the hotel that are convenient. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
