Hampton Inn & Suites St. Clairsville

This hotel is amazing. Clean, comfortable and nice size rooms. Near shopping and restaurants. Great shower, comfortable beds and Taylor the GM is positively awesome. He has upped his guest service game to perfection. It snowed while we were there and he gave us his personal snow brush to clean our car. Tracy at the desk is personable and very helpful. We will stay here anytime we are in town and highly recommended to anybody looking for a great hotel. Thank you Taylor and Tracy.

What an enjoyable experience! Built on the mall parking lot, this newer Hampton was terrific! Wonderfully polite staff, very clean rooms, and easy shopping in walking distance, this Hampton Inn was a Great evening and if I’m in the area again, I would love to stay again!

I cannot rave about this hotel enough, the room was spotless, the staff was wonderful and it was in the perfect location for shopping. We had a mess with our reservation which was through a 3rd party and I mean it was a mess, I truly have no idea what happened but the 3rd party seemed to have screwed everything up, one phone call speaking with Taylor and it has all been cleared up, I was so grateful to him for understanding the disastrous mess to be able to clear it up, I’ve learned NOT to go through a 3rd party again! We will be going back to this Hampton Inn, but this time we will go through the hotel itself. I highly recommend staying here it is very clean and run very professionally. Thank you Taylor!

Hampton Inn and Hilton Properties are my "go to" when traveling. My wife and I were on a 2 week business/pleasure trip. The first week was a motorcycle trip going east from here. The the second was for business. We stayed the night here because it felt safe and was convent to park my pickup with two motorcycles in the back. The room were typical Hampton Inn, clean and comfortable. For me the only drawback was the location, in an area full of strip malls and chain restaurants.

This hotel is truly excellent! From check in to check out, all our needs were met with superior service and a smile. The room is spacious with a very comfy bed, the amenities were higher end, and the cleanliness of our room was outstanding, which means a lot to me. The breakfast buffet was terrific; the food was fresh and delicious. Taylor was very kind and inquired how we liked our stay, which was entirely positive. Well done!
