Quality Inn & Suites South Obetz

Unfortunately there is no option to give ZERO stars. This hotel is absolutely horrible. I wouldn’t send a death row prisoner here for a single night. The staff is rude, uncaring, and flat out belligerent. I might be able to accept that as human error/attitude but the conditions of the hotel did nothing to make up for it. When I checked into my room, I discovered a crack pipe sitting on the couch. There were stains on almost every surface of the room and unpatched holes in the walls. The lobby (if you could call it that) was filthy with a gaping hole in the ceiling. When I called to request a refund for the 3 unused nights of my 4 night reservation the phone went unanswered more than 50 times and was answered and immediately hung up 6 times. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL!!!! EVER!!!!

A run down property with stained carpets and walls and missing lamp shade. Box springs wrapped in obtrusive plastic. Front desk does not answer phone and is often not at desk. Could not get TV or remote to work. Conditioner but no shampoo. No trash cans in room. Wifi did not work. Other than that...

Received a call saying my reservation could not be honored due to a “maintenance emergency”, and that I would get a refund. After 9 days of no refund I am making this review. Don’t even give them any money, you may not see it again. After rereading the reviews, I am almost glad I didn’t stay here

This was the worst experience I have ever had with Choice Hotels/Quality Inn & Suites. There was a security guard when we pulled in the parking lot. The floor of our room was filthy and the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned. I felt unsafe staying there and ended up calling family to stay with. I will never recommend this location and will think twice about using Choice Hotels in the future since there website recommended this location.

absolutely the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in!!!! it was filthy, the toilets had stains on them and the walls had something smeared on them. the AC in our room was completely broken, and the outlet on the desk was ripped off (according to the manager) the other wall outlet was broken. The manager said he could do nothing to help us and refused to give us a refund saying he had no authority to do that, and we had to contact corporate. Once we did corporate was confused because he is the ONLY one who can do a refund, and after 2 days they could not get into contact with their own manager. DO NOT STAY HERE MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING AND THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU
