Extended Stay America Suites Cleveland Airport North Olmsted

Hassle for a person busy with family. We came here to stay at least 3 days. You have to request every piece of kitchenware as it is completely bare. Front desk is pretty unemotional and doesn't give much cheer to an already dismal place. No more than one bottle of shampoo without conditioner, and without hairdryer in the room go to the store for laundry soap as there isn't any dispenser in the laundry room and bring a sponge to wash dishes with any cheese or pots with food stuck at the bottom. No weights in the corner of the exercise room if you expected anything more. If you need towels sooner than one week supposedly there is a 5 buck fee, so keep your towels hanging after you use them. Positive? Clean bedding, working tv, counter space in kitchenette for sitting, eating, and typing this review. Refrigerator, microwave, and stove seem to work fine. I guess my husband thinks I am too picky but I'm just tired of having to go buy things and well I hope the hotel staff will believe that we left every item asked for when we left.

Melissa at the front desk was amazing. All clients including me love her. She is extremely helpful. Every time I come here, it has been a pleasant experience with everybody, but Melissa takes it over the top. Thank you, extended stay for everything you do.

Do not book! Warning! Drug addicts, kids running through the hallways, rude employees, piss poor stock of supplies. I stayed for a little over a month due to business trip, and they treated me as if I was a criminal or like I owed them something. Stole several items from me. This place is a joke, calling the corporate office.

I stayed for a convention at the IX Center. You get what you pay for. People basically live at this hotel. There was a cat running through the halls, dogs barking at doors, etc. If you have pet allergies, be aware. The room was mostly clean, though there is a "stale" smell. Everything worked as expected. There is a sign up that says there will be daily room inspections. I assume it's meant for the folks staying long-term as I never had anyone enter my room or ask to... at least while I was there. I did have someone knock on my door and run upstairs. I could hear the upstairs occupants at all times. Doors open shutting all night in the hallways. Staff was nice and helpful when needed. Never felt unsafe but definitely stayed alert. Would I stay again? Probably but not if I could afford a step up.

Basic hotel room, with kitchenette. Utensils kept at office, presumably to prevent losses. Room was quite clean, fairly up to date. Hot water slow to start, but plentiful when up to speed. As an elder, wished there were grab bars in bathtub. Don't need them yet, but nice to know they COULD be available. Ventilation system works flawlessly, keeps room cool in summer, assuredly warm in winter. Bed was way too soft and mushy. Like sleeping in jello. Like the recliner chair. Very comfortable. Kitchen is nice, being with diet restrictions, I can eat responsibly, when needed. Note that grocery is walkable. Shopping mall nearby, as well as public mass transit. Many fine dining choices nearby, freestanding, or at mall.
