The staff was amazingly nice… Kelsey checked me in and was so NICE and made me feel in the Holiday Spirit…The pool was also one of the cleanest I have been to in awhile will be back to stay here for my next vacation up to Ohio for sure. Cant wait to bring my friends next time

Very clean and comfortable room. Perfect stay for visiting family in the area. Continental breakfast was not good though, expected better quality. Front desk was great with check in and check out. Parking was easy. We would definitely stay agin.

Hampton Inns are more go-to hotels when I travel. This was our first night's stop on our road trip. I saved about 25% staying here rather than the one down in Youngstown. The place was nice. The room was very clean and big (King Room) on the top floor. I would say the hotel was about 75% capacity based on the parking lot. It was very quiet. We slept well. We usually skip out on the hot food for breakfast, but we had some time, so we ate there. It's standard Hampton Inn stuff. Eggs, Sausage, Biscuit and Gravy. Cranberry Juice. Not exactly Cracker Barrel, but not bad either. Since it is included, all the better. My interaction with the front desk at check in and my dropping the key cards in the morning we very warm and welcoming. It was a good stay.

This review is a bit late but this hotel made such an impression that I had to remember to leave something! I visited this hotel on a business trip in April 2024 and this hotel chain is great about texting me before my arrival to see if I need anything in my room. I know they're asking about extra pillows, etc but I never really have an answer for them. Before my arrival to this specific hotel though I randomly recalled one of those internet stories where the person asked for a picture of their favorite celebrity to be in the hotel room and decided to try it here! I responded to their message by saying, "Framed picture of Dave Grohl! Just kissing. Thank you for asking though!" and thought nothing of it. Just maybe that it would make someone smile. Moments later I received a reply from Jackie saying that she would do her best to make it happen for me. Later that day when I arrived, I was tired and had honestly forgotten about the interaction so imagine my laughter when I entered my room to see a beautifully framed photo of Dave Grohl right next to the TV! In addition, the housekeeper (I believe her name was Sarah? Please correct me if I'm wrong!) had built a few towel animals and placed them around my room. This was one of those adorable above and beyond moments and I am thankful to Jackie, Kelsey, Julie, Sarah, and everyone else who made my stay so enjoyable. If I'm ever in the area again I am 100% going to stay with you.

Stayed here with my 17 year old son in a 2 queen room. Would definitely stay here again as the pros heavily outweighed the one con. Pros - - CLEAN. This is always my #1 priority and this place did not disappoint. The room was clean. No bugs!! And we always check. - QUIET. Not sure if there were others staying near us or not. The parking lot was full so I’ll assume there were but we never heard a peep. - TEMPERATURE. FULL control of AC in the room. No bottom limit. Thank you. Was nice to keep the room cold like we like it. And the AC fan was pleasantly consistent and quiet. Perfect. - DARK. Blackout curtains that actually blackout so you can sleep in the complete dark. Note there’s a nice little nightlight in the bathroom. - Room was organized nicely with plenty of countertops for luggage. Hooks on wall were nice for bags. Note - no drawers if you need that feature. - Fridge in room was very cold. Froze our water bottles so beware if you use it for insulin or medication. - FRIENDLY STAFF - BREAKFAST. Good selection and well attended to. - LOBBY. It was big and nice place to sit if you so choose. - Pool and patio - we didn’t use but we did look at it and it looked good. Nice patio space too. - Parking was easy. There are notes in the lobby that warn you about break ins but we always felt safe and didn’t see any issues. - LOCATION. Good spot as it’s walking distance to shopping and restaurants. CONS- - the ONLY con was the beds were not the most comfortable. Not awful awful just not good either. Very stiff and unyielding. More than the 2 nights we stayed and my back/shoulders/and other pressure points wouldn’t have appreciated it. The bed isn’t worn out or anything like that it’s just not a comfortable mattress. uncomfortably rigid and unyielding. It fails to contour to the body's natural curves, causing pressure points and discomfort, particularly in the shoulders, hips, and lower back. This lack of support can lead to restless sleep. Was ok for a couple nights. Overall - 4.5 stars! So I’ll round up. I’d stay again. Good find. If the mattress was better this hotel would be amongst the nicest you can find. If I’m ever back to this area I’ll see about staying here again.
