Noisy. There was hardly ever any fresh coffee. Parking lots a mess. Seemed more like a residential bldg of less desirables. Didn't feel safe. Smelled like marijuana everywhere. Very noisy at all hours with babies crying, kids running around and dogs barking. Not fun experience

I have never filled out a negative public review before but I feel compelled to warn others about this property. Our room was dirty. We can deal with dated, but not dirty. We would have checked out an gone elsewhere but everything was booked. We barely slept. There were what appeared to be milk duds, popcorn, popcorn kernels, and wrappers on the floor by the beds (photos attached). The tub, which was the shower floor, was visibly dirty...brown. The faucet came off everytime we turned the water on. The bathroom door lock stuck, so my husband got locked in there twice. The blankets on the beds (not to be confused with the coverlets, which appeared to be newer) were nasty and full of burn holes. The woman at the front desk who checked us in could barely be bothered to look up from her phone, so reporting these items was a waste of time. We couldn't wait to check out in the morning! I would rather sleep in my car. Disgusting hotel.

Dropping son off at college camp so I needed a cheap place close by to stay. It worked. Rooms we overall clean. The blankets did have burn marks and the shower curtain, fabric, was clean but stained mold in it. So they could use replacing. The outside looks so work out but again, it’s cheap, is clean just old.

I travel a bit for business and personal trips, and this place is one of the worst I've seen. The room was terrible. Huge hole in the bathroom door. When we mentioned it to the desk clerk, she already knew about it. But she had booked us there anyway, even though other rooms were available. We had travelled 12 hours that day and we're too tired to change rooms. But no discount was given for putting up with a room that really shouldn't be rented in that condition at full price. The owner was contacted and said he would adjust our bill when he was at the property. It's been days, and we haven't seen anything yet. Breakfast seemed to have a decent variety, but no fresh fruit and nothing hot besides a make it yourself waffels. There are only 5 tables that sit 2 each. There was no place to sit, so we didn't have anything. I saw a mother have to hunt down staff to refill a milk picture so her kids could have some cereal. As is typical for these budget hotels, the carpets should have been replaced about a decade ago. There are other budget hotels in the area that do a better job than this place.

Our stay from end to beginning was absolutely perfect. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff was courteous and always available to help. Rooms and property was clean. For the price breakfast was adequate as well.
