La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cleveland Macedonia

The smell of incense was just too overpowering at this location, on every floor. It gave me a headache. The staff was friendly. My son and I enjoyed the hot tub and pool, but there was hair on the floor so could have been cleaner. The bedding was thin, would have liked a thicker comforter or blanket. The shower and tub was in working order, as was the elevator. There is no washer or dryer in the guest landry area on the 4th floor.

Clean and comfortable. Beds are comfy, shower is hot. Priced like a motel, but as nice as the higher priced chains. Breakfast is good. Staff friendly. I stay here about once a month and have no reason to find another spot. The place smells nice and clean. No issues after several stays.

Clean hotel very nice people hear and air condition system is top notch clean towels and tub no stains on the sheets or pillowcases hospitality was not an issue either I’ll be back 🙂Pool Area Was Clean As Well No Complaints Thank You All for having us 🙂

Great environment, clean pool, clean covers/sheets, morning breakfast was good. Perfect demographic for tourists and sight seekers. My family and I will do this every weekend at the same hotel. We absolutely loved our stay and we’ll be back.

I booked 3 king rooms at the same time. you would think that the rooms would be close together. NOPE! My son was put on the 4th floor. His first room smelled so badly like smoke. He is allergic to smoke as is now sick from being in the room a short time. His next room, the TV did not turn on right away. When it did, it was unwatchable. My daughter let us know that her room had hand prints on the headboard. The chair had a butt print and a trail of white liquid. Someone obviously had sex in this room and they did not clean it very well. My room gave the initial appearance of being perfect. Clean and no smells. That was until I opened the door and my daughter saw blood? on the door. The room was getting warm so my husband tried turning the temperature down. The main unit was nonreactive so he went to the wall thermostat which is not hooked up. There was blood on the wall by it. Eventually the main unit kicked on. The shower was also left running. I tried to turn it off but it never did shut off completely. Once in bed, the toilet started running. UGH At roughly 2AM There was loud talking in the hallway. I called the front desk and was basically told too bad they just checked in. Back to my son's room. When the TV was unwatchable, he shut it off and came to our room. At 11PM I got a phone call from the front desk saying my son's room TV was on and very loud. (We all were at a party elsewhere) I let the person know who called that we were not there and checked with my son who said the TV was not left on as it was not watchable. When we arrived back at the hotel, his TV was off. I talked to the manager APURV who said they went into my son's room without our knowledge. Security??? At checkout I asked that the manager call me. He never did. I filed a complaint with Wyndam who contacted the property. I received a very condescending email in return. Called the hotel again and FINALLY got to speak to APURV. He lied to me when I asked who owned the franchise. Told me it was Wyndam and I needed to call them. I did and they told me the opposite. This is the 2nd major issue I have had at this hotel. I would not recommend staying here unless you like biohazards in your room, broken TVs, smelly rooms, them going in your room without you there (not housekeeping at 11 at night) and an owner that just plain does not care and lies. On a positive, the front desk staff seems nice. It is really a shame this hotel has gone downhill over the years. I am originally from the area and hate that this is no longer nice.
