A relatively modern hotel (10 years old) with very welcoming staff. Room rates were very reasonable for size of room booked. Room is cold and modern, without any warm elements or feeling. Very few amenities - just one bar of soap and the wall dispensers. Our room had a kitchen, but no plates, glasses, etc. Bed was comfortable and HVAC worked well. No issues with internet connections.

Clean hotel- with an Overwheleming floral air fresheners in the whole hotel and in the room, gave me a headache and i had to leave early. i don't understand why fake chemicals are thought to be better than normal smelling air?! the hotel is never and rooms were top notch. none of that matters if you get ill from being inside them!!

Not a great experience for a newer hotel. Like other reviewers I observed, the coffee is weak, only one working elevator, workers parked in the EV parking spaces that were poorly labeled. We got stuck in bathroom where we needed someone from to open from the outside because the farm door dragged on the tile. Poorly executed attempt to be hip. You need to master the basic of running a hotel. Itās not awful, just disappointing.

First and foremost I want to say that I never sleep well in hotels, however, The bed we had was perfect. The sheets were clean and crisp, the pillows were soft and fluffy. No lie, it was the best sleep Iāve ever had. Also, the bathroom was extremely clean and more than enough towels were available. Thereās also an iron, ironing board, and hair dryer in the king size room. The single serve coffee/tea maker along with the coffee mugs, as well as the drinking glasses were nice touches. Also, the shower had full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Stayed 3 weeks at this property due to the location of the property being convenient for dining. If you are there during snow days, the parking garage is nice to avoid a snow covered vehicle. Beware, staff will enter your room even when you place the do not disturb sign on your door and ensure itās stuck in the crack of the handle so that it doesnāt fall. Management will state that they will rectify the situation and then end up giving excuses and do nothing. The operations manager will claim the sign fell without acknowledging that the sign would fall if staff attempts to open the door. Front desk staff will appear irritated that youāre interrupting their phone call to check into their hotel.
