Extended Stay America Suites Toledo Holland

The ship is older but fairly well maintained. The temperature of the rooms was very cool. Would guess in the 60's. The dining room was particularly cold One of the service ladies that seated pax wore a shawl and had winter muffs! Lots of cabin built-ins that you do not see on the newer ships. Heater in cabin worked marginally even after being worked on. Good crew and good food. RMD Capt USN ret

The room was filthy. We checked in but then left right after to go eat when we came back and went to the room for the first time we noticed how dirty the floor was. We then checked the bathroom room which was not clean either I then was like check the bed and it was semen on the bed skirt and the chair. We left immediately and che ked out. We told the clerk why we were leaving and she just apologized and we were told sorry no refund. I will never go there again.

Clean hotel and the staff was honest and friendly about everything. I Would stay here again if I came back to the area. Hopefully that will be soon and also it is very accessible to a lot of shopping plaza’s

We were visiting family and they booked this room for us. I was not happy with their choice. We stopped by for a quick get ready before meeting family and noticed that although it was non smoking it reeked of cigarettes. On top of the cigarette smell it was very very musty. We were there on a day that it was 78 degrees outside and the ac was not on, so it was very hot in there, which didn’t help the musty smell. We were looking for a pad and pen (which most hotels have) and opened a drawer and found used ear plugs instead of the paper. Yuck. So we left and met family, returning around 11 for the night. Upon return, the stench of marijuana was overwhelming. If you don’t smoke pot, you certainly don’t want to smell it when you are away for a night....especially ALL NIGHT LONG. It was so bad I couldn’t even sleep. I know this isn’t the hotels fault but it still sucked. The walls were paper thin so I could hear everything going on in the next room. We finally got out of bed at 630am and left for home. It was inexpensive ($97), but I would gladly pay a little more for quiet and clean. And no amenities at all. No “extras” To make your stay special. Nothing. I didn’t see and was not told about the breakfast. Not sure if that’s still a thing. Definitely won’t be returning and will definitely not let anyone else make my stay plans again!

Our stay was far less than desirable. We decided to stay here because it had good reviews; which I now believe most of them are fake, was cheap (I know why now) and was close to the airport for our very early morning flight. The hotel is not in the best part of town and is anything but clean. Our room had large stains in the carpet, hair stuck to the mirror in the bathroom and dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door when we checked in. The hotel is very outdated and needs some serious remodeling and updating.
