Comfort Suites Hartville North Canton

We stayed in Hartville after a trip to Canton. Front desk service was quick and cheerful. There was an issue with our keycards and I had to go back to the front desk but it was remedied quickly. We had one of the larger rooms with a king size bed. Most definitely a large room! Bathroom was generously sized and enjoyed having a couch to sit and watch some tv on. Amenities provided were exceptional. Make sure to use the shower mat provided. At least in our room the tub would have been very slippery without it. The bed was a too firm for my liking. But I would classify it as semi-firm. I've slept on much harder beds in hotels. The bed pillows were a little strange as they are almost half the size of a standard bed pillow but there were plenty available to use. Overall, I am happiest with the cleanliness of the hotel in general and the rooms. I rate my stays on cleanliness above all and this hotel reaches the pinnacle. Breakfast the next day was standard fair but it was well maintained and stocked with friendly service. If we ever return to the Canton area, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Had to come to the area to buy an old car, needed a place to stay for the night. This hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed at in years. The staff were very polite, they obviously cared about their job because everything was very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place in the area.

Great location and great value. Very clean. Every person working the desk, house keepers, and breakfast staff were super friendly and hospitable. Great amenities and locally great options for meals and shopping. A gem in plain sight. We will return.

Clean and quiet. Looks like a new hotel in and out but it’s several years old. Chris was working the front desk and was very pleasant and welcoming. Safe area. Close to a home cooking restaurant which was nice. Hot breakfast a good one. We would have no problem staying again.

Our group VERY surprised at the quality of this hotel. I'm a Marriott Hotel (Bonvoy) person, but this was the weekend of the eclipse but we had come for other purposes. Thus, NO hotels of any kind within an hour of our destination--voila, we ended up here. Very nice suites! Love the little sofa area, the lovely bathroom, the bed, the linen (PILLOWS TOO THICK FOR ME) the breakfast (heads up, the scrambled eggs are cooked from a box, or whatever), the cleanliness, AND the wonderful staff. It is a lovely place to stay. It was quite booked but very quiet at the same time. The room had everything we wanted including a microwave area. Only odd thing was on other side of our king bed was no recharge station. They accept dogs as well. UNFORTUNATELY, THEY GOUGED due to the eclipe: Apr 6, 2024 for 1 night at $199.00 Apr 7, 2024 for 1 night at $287.90 Apr 8, 2024 for 1 night at $274.00 Normally $110 per night when I checked today. I'd feel better about going to this chain if they would not have REALLY overcharged us. Some hotels are mercenary it seems.
